Through the research of photosynthetic characteristics in different fruit growth stages Korla fragrant pear and fruit quality, we want to provide a theoretical basis which achieved to high yield cultivation Korla Pear in oasis irrigation arid areas of high temperature, low air humidity. This test analyzed photosynthetic parameters of Korla Pear in fruit setting, fruit enlargement period, fruit maturity using Li-6400XT measured portable photosynthesis. The results showed that:1, In fruit setting, fruit enlargement period, fruit maturity date, net photosynthetic rate showed a bimodal trend, the peak time were 10:00 am and 16:00 pm, day three different times net photosynthetic rate were significantly different.2, Three periods transpiration rate changes showed a single peak curve, and the change amplitude, time node, the peak difference is small. Diurnal variation of transpiration rate is different with fruit growth. Transpiration rate changes enlargement period were higher than fruit set and maturity. 3, In different fruit growth stages, Gs showed a bimodal curve. This change may be related to atmospheric temperature, because when the value of the minimum Gs, the highest temperature, air temperature is the main influence.4, Diurnal variation of Ls in different growth stages showed a single peak curve, the peak occurred at 16:00, where fruit enlargement period is the highest, the minimum is at fruit setting.5, Ci value is inverted single peak curve, different growth stages intercellular CO2 concentration curve changes consistent, near the lowest point occurred at 16:00, and the lowest expansion period, after which they curve rises, the rate of increase of the most mature fast, enlargement of the slowest.6, pear three periods of water use efficiency was M-shaped curve, at 10:00am to reach a peak, and then down to 14:00, then gradually increased. Water use efficiency was significantly strengthened in fruit enlargement period, higher than the other two periods, indicating a critical period of fruit enlargement is the use of accumulated moisture.7, Korla fragrant pear fruit setting, enlargement of the light response trends are basically the same maturity. Under the conditions of photosynthetically active photon flux is less than 200, increase in net photosynthetic rate rises linearly. In comparison, three periods, the net photosynthetic rate enlargement of the fastest rising, reaching the photosynthetic light compensation point required minimum effective photon flux; fruit net photosynthetic rate of rise is slow to reach the desired point of photosynthetically active light compensation maximum photon flux. When photosynthetically active photon flux between 100 to 300, with the photosynthetically active photon flux increases Korla Pear fruit set, enlargement period, net photosynthetic rate showed an increasing maturity curve, but different fruit growth phase difference between net photosynthetic rate increases, the value and the highest net photosynthetic rate, fruit set minimum enlargement under the same lighting conditions. Since then, with the increase of photosynthetically active photon flux, the net photosynthetic rate at different developmental stages of growth to further increase fruit set to achieve the desired light saturation point photosynthetically active photon flux is relatively low, enlargement of the reach of photosynthetically active light saturation point needed relatively highest photon flux.8, there are differences in different developmental stages of fruit growth required optical properties Korla Pear leaves. The apparent light saturation maximum photosynthetic rate and light saturation point:enlargement of> maturity> fruiting period; dark respiration rate:fruit> ripening> enlargement; both opposite order. Light saturation point:enlargement>mature> fruiting period; light compensation point:fruit> ripening> enlargement; both order the contrary, not with synchronization.9, the normal irrigation of fruit weight, soluble sugar were higher than fruit weight of drought stress and soluble sugars, whether drought stress, or normal irrigation, fruit calyx calyx fruit weight were higher than the fruit off the fruit weight, but different treatment, the de calyx fruit soluble sugar were higher than calyx fruit. Drought stress increases the fruit shape index, and persistent calyx fruit than fruit off the fruit shape index; drought stress increased the fruit firmness, but also in the process, de calyx fruit fruit hardness greater than the hardness of persistent calyx; the normal irrigation improves the fruit off the calyx Vc content, Vc content of drought stress treatment calyx fruit than normal irrigation calyx fruit Vc content, but two were off the calyx treatment Vc content than fruit content calyx fruit; normal irrigation treatment can reduce fruit acids and content can be titrated stone cells, but in a different process, de calyx fruit were lower than the content of cells in stone fruit calyx.
