In the limited time without fire disturbance in forest restoration, autotoxicity is one of the main factors leading to barrier of population natural regeneration of Picea schrenkiana Fisch.et Mey., but it is unclear to reveal what the temperature effect of P. schrenkiana autotoxicity is under the condition of climate warming. This paper in the background of globle warming, on the basis of known autotoxicity materials DHAP of P. schrenkiana, be based on “P. schrenkiana autotoxicity temperature effects assumption”, on the condition of artificial intelligence environment simulation, oriented to biometrics, by means of detection technology of modern instrumental analysis and separation, studies the effect of apparent biological characteristics and reactive oxygen species(ROS), antioxidant substance and antioxidant enzyme activities of P. schrenkiana during seed germination and seedling growth under the change of temperature and the concentration of autotoxicity substances DHAP, explained response of antioxidant enzyme activities to changes of temperature and toxic substances DHAP concentration during seed germination and seedling growth, revealed the physiological mechanisms of temperature effect of P. schrenkiana autotoxicity during seeds germination and seedlings growth. The main achievements are as follows:Under the condition of 4~12?,the phenomenon of DHAP concentration on P. schrenkiana seed germination and seedling growth process was “low to promote high suppression”, and 2.5 mmol/L was critical point. When the concentration of DHAP higher than the critical point, it can decrease the activity of SOD, CAT and APX and increase the activity of GPX, POD and GR on P. schrenkiana seed germination and seedling growth process, thus decrease the germination rate of seed, and length of plumule?radicle and fresh weight, and vice versa.When the environment temperature increased, the sensitivity of P. schrenkiana seed germination and seedling growth on auto-toxicity DHAP concentration increased. Lead to the DHAP concentration critical point reduce to the process of P. schrenkiana seed germination and seedling growth, the interaction of ambient temperature and DHAP concentrations caused the activities of antioxidant enzyme changed, and the apparent biological characteristics showed a significant effect.When the environmental temperature decrease, the antioxidant enzyme activities including SOD, CAT, APX, GPX, POD and GR decreased. The apparent biological characteristics reduced, but the content of ROS increased, different concentration of DHAP inhibited the growth of seed and seedling. the interaction of ambient temperature and DHAP concentrations caused the activities of antioxidant enzyme changed, and the apparent biological characteristics showed a significant effect.
