The experiment was carried out at Meiting and Northwest Agriculture and Forestry University during May and November in 2015.First, analyzing the tomato straws as main raw material for fermentation, corn straws and sheep manure as conditioning agents, at the same time analyzing compost temperature, pH, EC and nutrients varied to determine whether the compost maturity in different fermentation process;Second,geting on tomato seedling experiment using of fermentation compost,by analyzing the plant height, stem diameter, fresh and dry weight, photosynthetic pigments and photosynthetic characteristics of tomato seedlings to determine the appropriate matrix formulation of plug-seedling, in order to provide evidence in tomato-based industrial zone for matrix exploitation. Experimental results show that:1. In the composting experiment, temperature of three treatments all reached harmless hygiene standards, in the end of composting,TR, SR and CR the rate of change of C/N respectively is 56.04%,66.31% and 61.75%, T value respectively is 0.59,0.55 and 0.61, three treatments basic has reached maturity.2.In the tomato seeding experiment, 1:10 and 1:20 growth fastest during early days, while in the late days 1:4 highest growth for each index, followed by 1:10 and 1: 2,wherein T2, S2 and C2 seedling index were 2.29 times, 6.58 times and 4.48 times of CK,the photosynthetic rate reached 10.432?mol·m-2·s-1,13.815?mol·m-2·s-1and 10.841?mol·m-2·s-1l, final can get conclusion is the best effect is substrate ratio of 1: 4 in tomato seedling,while add compost sheep manure breeding the best. |
