With the development of pig industry and people of environmental protection consciousness, the pig breeding pig improve stench pollution problem has already more and more prominent, about the deodorization processing pig has become one of the important production and pollution-free link.Anhui is the big province in our country for producing rape, the perennial rape yield in the country, is the second one of the main production base of rapeseed. The large relative to rape the utilization rate of planting, rape straw is very low, the burning of the majority, namely environmental pollution and a waste of resources, So taking pig and rape straw for research object, add microbes in the deodorization bacterium agent conditions, the pig and rape straw mixed aerobic composting process temperature, seed germination index (GI), composting process and organic content the pH, total nitrogen content, ammonia and hydrogen sulphide levels and other parameters of the change rule, so as to explore the different parameters and the relationship between composting compost filtrated compost, the optimal parameters of compost. Compost deodorization of pig has certain directive significance.The main results were as follows:1、The optimization of fermentation conditions: through the use of single factor experiments and orthogonal test method, derived microbial deodorant ideal fermentation conditions7NC nutrient broth medium: peptone10g/L, NaCl8g/L, glucose1g/L, pH7.5, yeast extract3g/L, the optimal conditions were temperature37℃, shaking culture (speed of130r/min), inoculation was3%deodorant microorganisms10GD optimal medium is bran50g/L, peptone2.5g/L, urea2.5g/L, Nacl5g/L, K2HPO41g/L, MgSO47H2O0.2g/L, the optimal training environment is a1%inoculum, fermentation temperature37℃, fermentation time36h, shaking cu lture (speed of130r/min), pH8.0by single factor experiments, mold D63uniform design to optimize the fermentation conditions, the optimum fermentation conditions, PDA medium: potato125.7g/L, glucose27g/L, sugar23.8g/L, the best culture conditions were temperature28℃, culture time,5d, pH natural (6.2).2、The result of composting parameters2.1Different proportion of rapeseed straw adding compost rape influence: pig manure:straw=6.5:1(weight ratio), namely, carbon and nitrogen than (C/N) for22.72:1, can make the pile of body warm up quickly and extend composting process, speed up the high temperature period composting fermentation speed, good effect in pig manure: rape straw1,8.5:1for4.5: the pig and the whole of processing, and this lab pig manure: rape straw=6.5:1(weight ratio) namely C/N for22.72processing seed germination index, total nitrogen content, organic matter content and pH are better than the other three processing, can first reached that composting compost pig: rape straw=6.5:1, C/N22.72for this experiment for the optimal proportion of pig manure and rape straw ratio.2.2Different deodorant microbial agents add volume on pig effect of the compost deodorization composting testing that through adding deodorant bacterium agent in the processing, ammonia and hydrogen sulphide emissions significantly reduced, the effect is less than the control group didn’t add bacterium agent is the treatment, and by comparing the substitutability1%in the first in composting process, seven days can reduce ammonia and hydrogen sulfide is released62.32%respectively, has obvious effects and the deodorization effect.2.3Different turns heaps of pig stool compost time of deodorization effect: different time turns mow the seventh day, each group for ammonia and hydrogen sulphide release quantity reduction, turns heaps there were significant differences between the three days in the first seven days to handle the release quantity and hydrogen sulfide ammonia gas for76.97%and63.67%for hydrogen sulfide, decrease of speaking, in the first seven days, three days of interval over five days and no significant difference with seven days, but significant difference between. And turns mow interval short will increased workload, so look from economic field, it could be turning for every3days at the first2weeks and after every five daysturning after.3、Microbial deodorant bacterium agent of solid matrix screening results: by using plate dilution method to calculate the number of different living bacterium, the solid adsorption matrix and different bacterium agent additives for screening of this experiment, it is concluded that bran of microorganism deodorant bacterium agent optimum solid adsorption matrix, and the optimum substitutability microbial agents that matrix with bacterium fluid than (L: k g) for1:4.
