| With the rapid development of corn industry in China, the related technology of corn harvester is progressing, but the overall level of corn harvester in China is still backward relatively. Environmental protection has become increasingly demanding in China, and the requirements on corn straw processing after harvest has become increasingly strict. The harvest period is relatively late in the northern area of China, and the cold weather freezes straw and ear which cause a situation that harvesting corn and straw are hard in the winter.In view of the current market corn harvest machine to complete job retention and rules of corn straw laying and machine packaged and other issues, this paper design a cold adapted area use and with corn harvesting machine straw recovery function. This paper the corn harvest machine after the inclined cutting table structure design and theoretical analysis, on its main components were computer aided analysis and optimization design, and after the inclined cutting table for physical prototype field performance test and analysis.To meet the corn harvesting and straw retention requirements, the back inclined cutting table is designed in this paper, focusing on the design of composite type picking roller and a rear inclined conveying mechanism. For maize plant ecological structure and physical characteristics to carry on the research analysis, to determine the inclined cutting table structure, the composite type snapping and working principle are introduced, on spike and stalk separation process of force analysis, theoretical calculation and performance analysis, while identifying hybrid picking spike roller diameter and the working gap and other key factors, and the conveying mechanism of structure design and the angle determined, to verify the rationality of the structure by calculating.In the structure design based on, the CAE software of inclined cut the key parts of the simulation analysis, ANSYS Workbench software of cutter power shaft, a connecting plate and snapping roll, etc. parts of finite element static force analysis and optimization design, dynamic axial force modal analysis is carried out, using the ADAMS software of composite type snapping roll of kinematics and dynamics simulation analysis, to analysis the unreasonable structure of analysis and optimization of cutting knife, the more reliable structural design.Based on analysis of inclined type cutting table structure design and simulation of the key components in this paper, the prototype is tested in multiregion and field performance results are analyzed. Through the experimental study showed that corn harvester inclined cut and cut and transporting ability is good, the hybrid picking ear and stalk spike higher separation efficiency, straw laying right angles to meet design requirements of corn harvesting and straw retention.This paper not only completed the development of straw retention type corn harvester cutting table, fell to the ground and angle straw after harvest is more conducive to recycling and disposal of straw retention has important significance in development of corn harvester. |
