| The realization of corn harvest mechanization plays an important role in the development of mechanization of agriculture.In order to promote the development of China’s corn harvest mechanization,we referred the advanced technology of foreign corn harvester and combined with the situation of China and the existing pattern of maize cultivation and finally we successful developed a new type of chainless model corn-harvester.It adopts no chain feed-in technology which can complete extraction and transportation of corn ear and complete cutting off the corn stalks and returning them to field.It also adopts the advanced technology of unit combination.In the preliminary design,this article aimed at the question in field experimentation,and through the theoretical analysis,putted forward a proposal of optimization and betterment,so we resolve the problem of breaking of the corn stem and the corn cob and enlacing ejector roller by grasses.Based on theoretical analysis,we concluded the formula of ejector roller length and cutting off length.We also analyzed the technology of no-row corn harvest.Finally, field experimentation proved that the betterment on chainless model corn-harvester is availability. |
