| Corn harvester is playing a more and more large part in the agriculture yield area. There are some questions are exist in corn harvester of China, such as bad work quality,low efficiency and malfunction. In the case, we need the good quality corn harvester to improve yield quality, so good performance and high automation corn harvester will be the aspect of development in the future.In the papers, we build a model between roller speed and working speed in the use of datas from the test. On application of single chip,NN,virtual instrument and automatic control to design a set of automatic control system of roller speed on corn harvester standing. while the working speed changes, roller speed changes according to the model between working speed and roller speed, make sure the working speed and the roller speed arrive a best fitting-in. so It can reduce maize loss and increase the yield quality of machine.In the papers, I have completed the following works.I did many tests on the corn harvester key parts standing to study on the effects of movement parameter to the picking performance. On analyzing the test data, I found that: roller speed is the most significant effect factor. The best working parameter are: A1 =1000r/min, B2 =2.7 m/s, C 2=1.667m/s.I designed the whole automatic control system of roller speed on corn harvester. With the reference, I chose the model HZL260 Hall sensor to measure signal of roller speed and machine working speed of the corn harvester. I collected the signal by PCI-MIO-16E-1 DAQ card and did signal processing on LabVIEW.I build a model between roller speed and working speed on BP neuro network.while the working speed changes, roller speed changes according to the model between working speed and roller speed, make sure the working speed and the roller speed arrive a best fitting-in. so It can reduce maize loss and increase the yield quality of machine.I designed hardware circuit of speed control. It contains AT89C2051 single chip design,power supply design,serial communication design,speed control design and watch dog design.On the basis of hardware circuit, I adopted modularization to design software. I introduced the design route of some main programs. It contains DAQ,BP NN model,fuzzy controller to servo system control and speed control.I finished programme on LabVIEW and MATLAB. After testing every part successfully, I tested the program integrity.I tested the whole system and the system can use successfully. |
