In this study,by a variety of methods ITS,RAPD,antagonistic experiment to determine the genetic relationship 14 between the Lentinus edodes strains tested,through a comparative analysis of a variety of environmental about liquid culture,test tube culture,solid culture planting material,as well as different strains activity between changes,growth rate,yield and fruiting body agronomic traits,in order to filter out the dominant strains with Lentinus edodes which adapted to cultivated in JUNCAO.As the dominant strains as the test strains,and JUNCAO as raw material,a comparative analysis of fruiting bodies agronomic traits?Primordia formation time?yield,nutrients,heavy metals and cultivation cycle in different After-ripening to determine the best After-ripening in JUNCAO cultivated Lentinus edodes.Through this experiment we hope to find the dominant strains screened and the best after-ripening period for JUNCAO cultivation,and provide theoretical data support for the cultivation of JUNCAO cultivation provide a relatively reliable theoretical basis in the production practice.Based on the above,these conclusions are as follows:First:by ITS,RAPD and antagonistic experiments was constructed 14 strains of the phylogenetic tree,found on the 10th,No.12 strain far relationship with other strains.No.1,No.6,No.9 strains closer genetic relationship,while fruiting results showed that No.1,No.9 strains suitable appearance,high yield.In addition,14 strains tested its lowest similarity coefficient of 0.65 or more,indicating that 14 strains are highly similar,from the reflection of diverse strains of mushroom market is not high phenomenon.Second:No.1 strain LC236,suitable for cultivation JUNCAO dominant strains,its performance for the JUNCAO medium mycelium stout,white mycelium quick recovery in the time turn color,fungus tubes strong,rounded and full fruiting bodies,and low water content,taste delicious,did not differ much which the highest yield strains in fresh mushroom yield,and highest level in the 14 strains in dry mushroom production,which were significant differences between strains of low yield.Third,51 d to 58 d is the best After-ripening for LC236,in JUNCAO r cultivation,the color changing circumstances best,turn color close to 100%,the color is brown,light pollution in their half turn color stripping rate of less than 25%,ahead of the fruiting rate of less than 15%,through a certain mushroom house management tools can significantly reduce the ratio.In terms of fruiting,fruiting body shape in all lots is the best,low water content,highest yield in dried mushrooms,while its nutrient level is significantly higher than other strains.
