This paper mainly studied the carbon content, nitrogen content and C/N of fresh JUNCAO and dry JUNCAO before and after sterilization. Meanwhile, Fresh JUNCAO and dry JUNCAO which used to cultivated Longinus edodes and Pleurotus sapiaus and the nutrition constituent of spent mushroom substrate were analysed and compared; The optimum cultivation formula of fresh JUNCAO for cultivating Longinus edodes and Pleurotus sapiaus were screen out, and then studied the process of their cultivation; Finally, the nutrition constituent of Lentinus edodes and Pleurotus sapiaus fruiting bodies which cultivated by different culture medium were analysed and compared. The main research results are as follows:1. The carbon content, nitrogen content and C/N of fresh JUNCAO and dry JUNCAO before and after sterilization were determined. The result indicated:the nutrition constituent of JUNCAO may be destroyed in the process of sterilization, but the sterilization did little damage to the carbon content, nitrogen content of fresh JUNCAO and dry JUNCAO. As volatile matter lost in dry JUNCAO during sun curing, this lead to the carbon content, nitrogen content and C/N different with the Fresh JUNCAO sterilization from start to finish.For example:C/N of fresh Pennisetum Purpureum Schumach is 14.82%, C/N of dry Pennisetum Purpureum Schumach is 17.19%, aftre sterilization C/N of fresh Pennisetum Purpureum Schumach is 13.63%, C/N of dry Pennisetum Purpureum Schumach is 15.29%.2. The nutrition constituent of Fresh JUNCAO and dry JUNCAO and spent mushroom substrate were analysed and compared. The result indicated that spent mushroom substrate of JUNCAO crude protein, ash content were higher than the culture medium, but crude fibre and crude fat were lower than the culture medium; this result also indicated that Longinus edodes and Pluribus sapiaus in decomposing, absorpt and utilizefresh culture medium nutrition constituent not as good as dry JUNCAO culture medium.3. Used three-level system preparation by screening combined the C/N of Longinus edodes and Pleurotus sapiaus need during the process of growth. The optimum cultivation formula of fresh JUNCAO for cultivating Lentinus edodes and Pluribus sapiaus were screen out, Lentinus edodes:Miscanthus floridulus (fresh) 78%, bran 20%, gypsum 2%, moisture content 55%; Pleurotus sapiaus:Pennisetum Purpureum Schumach (fresh) 26%, Miscanthus floridulus (fresh) 26%, Neyragmitas reynaudiana (fresh) 26%, bran 17%, kalk 2%, corn Starch 3%, moisture content 60%. And then the cultivation experiments were carried out through the optimum cultivation formula. The percent conversion of Fresh JUNCAO cultivation Pluribus sapiaus reached 77.49% at the 35 days, percent conversion of dry JUNCAO is 71.03%.4. The nutrition constituent of Lentinus edodes and Pleurotus sapiaus fruiting bodies which cultivated by different culture medium were analysed and compared. The results showed:The nutrition constituent of Lentinus edodes and Pleurotus sapiaus cultivated by fresh JUNCAO, such as crude protein, ash content, amino acid were all not as good as cultivated by dry JUNCAO. But there is no need to dry the fresh JUNCAO in the sun, and there is almost no need to add the water during stir and mix the material, in this way, we not only save the cost and time, but also the percent conversion higher than dry JUNCAO. In conclusion, it is viable to cultivated edible-medicinal fungi by fresh JUNCAO. |
