Design And Implementation Of Lentinus Edodes Logs Production Management System

In this paper,the problems of accurate management and control caused by low informationization of lenitnus edodes logs production process management,cumbersome manual recording of production process data,difficult statistical analysis,inefficient identification of lenitnus edodes logs buds,and poor accuracy are discussed,and the actual needs of Shandong Qihe Biotechnology Co.,Ltd.（hereinafter referred to as Qihe Biotechnology）are combined.Relying on the key technology research and industrialization of intelligent factory production of edible lenitnus edodes,which is a major scientific and technological innovation project in Shandong Province,the recognition model of lenitnus edodes logs bud was established by using B/S system architecture,front-end and back-end development technology,and target detection technology.The lenitnus edodes logs production management system was designed and developed.The main research contents and results are as follows.（1）Construct the recognition model of Lentinus edodes bud.The collection of image data of lenitnus edodes logs bud was completed in the lenitnus edodes shed of Qihe Biology’s West Building factory.The image was expanded by random rotation,horizontal flip and other image enhancement methods.The lenitnus edodes logs bud images were labeled according to the standard lenitnus edodes growth size,umbrella opening or umbrella opening rules.The YOLOv5 model was used to train the collected and labeled images.After training,the precision of the model reached 0.963,the recall rate reached 0.966,and the map reached0.984.The model of lenitnus edodes logs bud recognition is of great significance to improve the accuracy of lenitnus edodes logs bud recognition,personnel allocation during lenitnus edodes logs bud promotion stage and marketing allocation of lenitnus edodes logs.（2）The production management system of lenitnus edodes logs was designed.Through on-the-spot investigation of lenitnus edodes logs production process and analysis of target users,business processes,functional requirements,non-functional requirements,and system data flow,the overall system architecture,module design,database design,data flow design were completed.A total of 10 modules were designed,including basic information management,bagging information management,inoculation information management,strain information management,liquid strain information management,culture information management,transfer information management,lenitnus edodes logs bud identification,workload information management,statistical analysis module.（3）The lenitnus edodes logs production management system was developed,34 pages were developed and 35 database tables were constructed.Through the construction of lenitnus edodes logs production management system,the automatic collection and flow of data in the whole process of lenitnus edodes logs production from ready-mix materials,mix materials,bagging,high temperature sterilization,inoculation,pre-culture,culture,puncture,transfer,precise control of production process,real-time statistical analysis of production data,etc.The results obtained in this paper have been applied to Shuangquan Plant,West Building Plant and Wenchanghu Plant of Zibo City,Shandong Province,Qihe Biotechnology Co.,Ltd.to solve the difficult problem of production and management of lenitnus edodes logs,reduce the labor costs and increase the production efficiency.
