The resource of sugarcane tips are abundant in geothermal valley district in our province, only about 18% are used as forage to feed herbivorous livestocks, while the number of feeding household with silage technology processing and modulation is less than 1%, others were burned down locally, which caused wasting of feeding resource and pollute the environment. Sugarcane tips were chosen as raw material to do different additives silage in this study, and used silage to replace partial ration to have feeding text.This study aims to analyze the influence of different additives on fermentation quality of sugarcane tip silage and nutrient value, discussed the feeding effect of different proportions of silage, and finally determined the optimum additive and qualities of feeding the appropriate when the sugarcane tip silage were used.This text is divided into two parts. Text one is nutrient contents analysis of silage, and text two is an experiment of feeding Hu sheep.Text one: In order to improve the quality of sugarcane tips, single factor completely random design was used to analyze and compare the influence of six different additives that cellulase(2g·kg-1), Na Cl(0.5%), urea(0.6%), compound microorganism(2 m L·kg-1),formic acid(0.6%) and maize straw + mixture of rice bran(10%+10%) on quality of sugarcane tip silage. The results showed that quality of sugarcane tip were ensiled directly was a bit poor; Added 2 m L·kg-1 compound microorganism has no significant difference on fermentation quality of sugar cane tips silage and nutrient value compared with controls(P>0.05). 0.6% formic acid, 2 g·kg-1cellulase and 0.5% Na Cl have beenimproved ferment quality and nutrient value; the quality of ferment quality and nutrient value of 0.6% urea and 10% maize straw + 10% rice bran silage have best effect. The influence of six kinds of additives on ferment effect of sugarcane tips silage was: 0.6%urea >10% maize straw + 10% rice bran >0.6% formic acid >0.5% Na Cl >2 g·kg-1cellulase >2 m L·kg-1 EM.Text two: Randomized block design of experiment was used in this text, and chose135 Hu sheep are 6-8 months(The average weight was 22.64kg±1.73kg) as experimental livestocks, every 27 sheep as a group. Feeding silage was 4 additives treatment groups which have better nutrient content in text one: urea(0.6%), 10% maize straw + 10% rice bran, 0.6% formic acid and 0.5% Na Cl. The silage and concentrate were carried out by the following three kinds of proportion to do experiment: Group A(50% concentrate+50% silage), Group B(35% concentrate+ 65% silage), Group C(20% concentrate+ 80%silage). The results showed that(1) The influence of four kinds of additives of sugarcane tips silage feeding Hu sheep on its daily gain and feed conversion rate effect was 0.6%urea >10% maize straw + 10% rice bran >0.6% formic acid >0.5% Na Cl >direct silage;while the influence on daily intake effect was 0.5% Na Cl >direct silage>0.6% formic acid >0.6% urea >10% maize straw + 10% rice bran. Treatment B with 0.6% urea(35%concentrate+ 65% silage) effect best, which significantly higher than Group A and C(P<0.05); Treatment B with 10% maize straw + 10% rice bran(35% concentrate+ 65%silage) effect best, which significantly higher than Group A and C(P<0.05); Treatment C with 0.6% formic acid(20% concentrate+ 80% silage) effect best, which significantly higher than Group A and B(P<0.05); Treatment A with 0.5% Na Cl(50% concentrate+50% silage) effect best, which significantly higher than Group B and C(P<0.05).(2) he influence of four kinds of additives of sugarcane tips silage feeding Hu sheep on its produce economic benefits was 0.5% Na Cl >0.6% urea >10% maize straw + 10% rice bran >direct silage >0.6% formic acid, and Group A, B and C in treatment B, C with urea was significantly higher than control Group C(P<0.01), which was higher 20.6%, 18.4%,18.6%, 21.78% and 30.28% respectively.Comprehensive these two aspects that production performance and economic benefit to assess the popularization and application value of four kinds of additives on sugarcane tips silage, adding urea and Nacl to have sugarcane tips feeding sheep in the production could improve its production performance, reduce the feed cost, increase the economic benefits of feeding sheep, and using urea and Nacl additives ensile sugarcane tips technology was simple, operated conveniently, small investment and easy to promote.
