The performance of aeroengine is maintained or restored through maintenance.The smooth carrying out of maintenance activities can not be separated from various types of maintenance resources.The maintenance support system for aeroengine is a comprehensive system consisting of all supporting elements involved in aeroengine maintenance activities.For a long time,our army is inexperienced at equipment maintenance support,which costs a lot every year.Therefore,it is urgent to study the maintenance support of the aeroengine before its bulk-production and entry into service.Through years of development,a great deal of valuable experience in maintenance as well as maintenance support of aeroengine in civil aviation is accumulated.The safety and reliability of civil aeroengine maintains a high level with advanced maintenance theories and a sound architecture of maintenance support system.Therefore,we can learn from the mature experience in civil aviation to construct maintenance support system for the aeroengine.Firstly,based on research of relevant theories,the integrated framework of maintenance support system for the aeroengine is established.According to the engine maintenance process,it is concluded that its maintenance support engineering center is composed of engineering technology system and quality and safety system.The proposal for setting up the functional departments and their main responsibilities is also put forward.On the basis of the analysis of maintenance requirements,the elements of human resources,material resources,information and technolygy resources,and management resources of the system were determined.For each of the elements,the qualitative as well as quantitative requirements are given.Secondly,a three-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model based on entropy weight is established and is verified by an example.Finally,based on maintenance business requirements,the overall design of the maintenance support information platform and the construction of the main function modules are completed.The research provides a specific methord for the construction of maintenance support system for the aeroengine as well as other equippments.Through systematic,standardized and information-based management of maintenance support,the rational allocation of resources and improvement of efficiency in maintenance support activities can be achieved.
