With the continuous development of the society,the urbanization in China has accelerated.The emergence of the new technology based on information and intelligence has brought great changes to the development of the society,and the idea of the development of the city's wisdom has also been put forward.The intelligent city is a comprehensive system project of information city,intelligent city,ecological city,electronic government city and so on.The project is based on the network construction,emphasizes the people-oriented and sustainable innovation.It is one of the strategic projects that are being vigorously promoted in China today.The intelligent water service,as an important part of the intelligent city,has changed the traditional methods of the past,and makes the network scheduling more scientific and efficient through the operation platform of intelligent dispatching system.However,in this open and complex system,the rapid development of the intelligent water process also brings a series of problems to the planning,construction and development of water conservancy.In terms of pipeline construction in intelligent water affairs,although it has reached the requirement of information and intelligent development,the problem of waterproof and waterproof in pipeline monitoring is also in front of people's eyes.At present,the waterproof way of this kind of equipment in the market still takes its own waterproof as the main solution.The higher the waterproof grade and the multiplied cost of equipment,it hinders the rapid development of the social demand.Therefore,in view of the characteristics of the working environment ofVI pipeline monitoring equipment,it is imperative to explore a more scientific andreasonable way of waterproofing.The waterproof cover based on the principle of pressure balance is put forward in this big background.It is a new waterproof way,which is the supplement and perfection of the waterproof way of the existing pipeline monitoring equipment,and is also a new waterproof technology which is beneficial to the sustainable development of our national economy.Compared with the traditional waterproof technology,its main advantages are: good waterproof effect,wide application scope,low cost,convenient installation and quick installation.In this paper,the waterproof effect and influencing factors of waterproof cover are studied through theoretical analysis and model test.The main contents and results of the study are as follows:1.put forward the new idea of waterproofing for pipeline monitoring equipment.Based on the principle of pressure balance,the principle of waterproofing technology is expounded,and the method is verified by theoretical analysis and model test.2.waterproof effect analysis of different structural forms of waterproof cover.The experiment simulates two ways of water intake of valve well,and explores the waterproof effect of different structural forms of waterproof cover by changing the influent strength.The conclusion is that under the influence of different influent strength,all the shapes studied can meet the requirements of waterproofing,and the small open waterproof cover has the best waterproof effect.Because several waterproof cover waterproof effect is different,and the open small waterproof cover is difficult to process,so the use of more easy to process cylindrical waterproof cover or square waterproof cover.3.Research on relative humidity in the waterproof cover.The relative humidity in the waterproof cover was measured by the simulation test.The relationship between the relative humidity and the pressure in the waterproof cover was established,and the relative humidity increased with the pressure.Finally,theVII relative humidity became closer to a stable value theory.And the maximum valueof the relative humidity is not more than 85%,so in order to ensure the normal work of the pipeline monitoring equipment,the waterproof cover used in this paper can reduce the waterproof grade of the pipeline monitoring equipment itself,thus saving the cost.4.waterproof cover for a long time in the water of the waterproofing effect.Through the theoretical analysis and simulation test,the waterproof effect of the waterproof cover in the water is verified.It is proved that the waterproof cover can meet the waterproof requirements,and the following conclusions are obtained.(1)the water pressure in the cover is increased and the air in the cover is compressed,and the air in the cover is dissolved in the water;(2)the pressure is bigger and the water surface is in the water surface.The height also increases,but the pipeline well equipped with monitoring equipment is safe under normal water pressure.5.waterproof cover for a long time in saline water research.Through theoretical analysis and simulation test,the waterproof effect of the waterproof cover in brine is verified.The results are as follows: in addition to the conclusion of 4,there is a conclusion that the water level in the water proof cover in the water is lower than that in the water,that is,the volume of air dissolved in the waterproof cover in the salt water is small.6.the theoretical calculation of water surface height changes in the waterproof cover.Through the formula calculation and test data,the calculated value of the water surface height in the waterproof cover is quite different from the test value,so the correctness of the theory is verified,that is,the change of the water surface in the waterproof cover is related to the volume of the air inside the waterproof cover,and two kinds of special volumes are calculated:(1)the air in the waterproof cover under the influence of water pressure.Compressed volume;(2)the volume of air dissolved in water in the waterproof cover.7.the selection of waterproof cover material.According to the working environment of the pipeline monitoring equipment,the technical requirements ofthe required waterproof cover materials are summarized,several kinds of common materials in the market are introduced,and their advantages and disadvantages are compared and analyzed.The results are as follows: the hard polychloroethylene plastic PVC is enough to meet the technical requirements of the waterproofing material for automation equipment,and the cost of material and the material cost as well.The cost of processing is relatively low.The new waterproof technology of pipeline monitoring equipment proposed in this paper provides a new idea for waterproofing of pipeline monitoring equipment.Through the simulation test and engineering verification,it is proved that the waterproof technology has high reliability,simple structure,low cost and convenient maintenance,and it can reduce the waterproof grade of pipeline monitoring equipment,greatly reduce the cost of the product,and is beneficial to the popularization.The waterproof technology of waterproof cover based on the principle of pressure balance provides an important theoretical basis for the wide application of pipeline monitoring equipment to actual projects.
