Research On Hidden Cost Control And Evaluation Of Construction Project

In recent years,the development of construction industry has entered a high-speed era,the competition pressure in the industry is more and more big,the renewal of technology and the introduction of talent makes construction enterprises spend a lot of manpower,material resources and financial.With the rapid change of construction industry,the profit space of engineering projects is reduced,and the cost management needs to be reformed.Through the cost analysis of the project,modify the management method,has greatly helped to increase the profit space.At present,many construction enterprises begin to study new cost management methods.in the traditional engineering practice,the dominant cost management has reached maturity,and can not be reduced in the dominant cost.some enterprises may have the problem of cutting corners.Therefore,in the cost management,we should talk about the hidden cost management in the process of loss of benefits.The construction stage is a long period in the construction process of the project,is also a period of hidden cost is easy to produce.Only effective control of hidden costs can enhance the profitability of enterprises in the project and obtain a strong guarantee of competitive advantage.In the construction stage of the project to control the hidden cost,for cost control has certain significance.Therefore,in the cost management,we should talk about the hidden cost management in the process of loss of benefits.The construction stage is a long period in the construction process of the project,is also a period of hidden cost is easy to produce.Only effective control of hidden costs can enhance the profitability of enterprises in the project and obtain a strong guarantee of competitive advantage.In the construction stage of the project to control the hidden cost,for cost control has certain significance.The central idea of the study is: " through a correct understanding of the hidden costs generated in the construction process of the project,the use of reasonable evaluation methods to evaluate the hidden costs,to a certain extent,to control it".In engineering projects,the hidden cost can be reduced by means of control.On the basis of this idea,the main research work is carried out:(1)starting from the present situation of construction cost in the construction industry,this paper expounds the cost dilemma faced by the construction industry at present,and puts forward the need to control and manage the hidden cost in the construction process of the project;(2)comparative analysis of the relationship between implicit cost and explicit cost in construction projects,through the theoretical study of its essential difference,through literature research and in-depth excavation,put forward 27 projects in the construction phase of the implicit cost index,quantitative and qualitativeresearch;(3)on the basis of identifying the hidden cost influence index in the construction stage of the construction project,the relevant evaluation model is constructed and the evaluation method is selected;(4)the introduction of project case analysis,based on the case,the construction stage of the hidden cost invited experts with scoring method,combined with the method of analytic hierarchy process to evaluate the case project.The feasibility of implicit cost management is verified.finally,the corresponding suggestions are put forward for the evaluation results,which can provide some reference for the implicit cost control in project construction.The research content analyzes the hidden cost,distinguishes the difference and connection between the hidden cost and the explicit cost in the construction project,identifies the content of the hidden cost,and judges the influence degree of the hidden cost through the scientific evaluation method,so as to make the management and control of the hidden cost more practical and scientific resources.
