The Research On Construction Cost Control Of X Construction Project Based On BIM

Cost control is an important part of project management,and construction cost is the key to controlling the total cost of a project.For the general contractor of the project,implementing construction cost control to achieve project cost management goals is an important guarantee for enterprises to improve efficiency.With the continuous increase in construction raw materials and labor costs,market competition is becoming increasingly fierce,and the development pressure of enterprises is increasing.Small and medium-sized construction enterprises urgently need to strengthen project cost management and constantly innovate and seek change in order to seize an advantage in competition and provide high-quality and low-cost services to construction units.Under the New Normal of rapid development of cloud computing,big data and artificial intelligence,information technology has become the key to the transformation of construction enterprises.There are a large number of small and medium-sized construction enterprises in China,and they are also units with urgent cost control needs.They need to seize the transformation opportunities brought by information technology and introduce efficient information technology methods in the construction stage to explore a set of project construction cost management methods suitable for their own development,improve cost control efficiency,increase the core competitiveness of enterprises,and achieve sustainable development of enterprises.In order to better manage costs,construction companies have introduced BIM during the construction phase of X construction project.This article studies and applies BIM based construction cost control for construction projects from the perspective of construction enterprises.The main content is as follows:Firstly,through literature review,summarize the research achievements of domestic and foreign experts and scholars in BIM technology,construction cost control,and other aspects;Then,based on the theory of target cost management and responsibility cost management,the cost composition of X construction project is analyzed,and the cost control methods and processes of X construction project are determined.At the same time,in order to solve the problems of poor information transmission and low precision management in the construction cost control of W small and medium-sized construction enterprises,the construction cost control plan of X construction project is designed and applied based on the characteristics and advantages of BIM,We have established an organizational structure for construction cost management of X project,identified implementation procedures and key cost control points,and applied them in the construction of X construction project.Finally,this article combines the cost control implementation of X construction project and uses the earned value method to analyze and evaluate the construction cost control effect of X construction project.The evaluation results show that the application of BIM based cost control scheme effectively improves the accuracy of information transmission such as construction drawings,optimizes project cost schedule control,and achieves the effect of reducing project construction costs.At the end of this article,the research results on project construction cost control are summarized,and the shortcomings of the research are pointed out,providing a certain reference for other engineering construction cost control.
