China is currently in the stage of rapid urbanization,the urban construction has not been completed,but the urban ecological environment has been seriously damaged.Urban ecological protection and restoration is a game of land ownership in China.It is different from other foreign city which the landscape is relatively stable,small urban construction land demand,the urban construction land demand in China is huge,the construction speed is unmatched by other countries.This situation is more obvious in small and medium-sized towns which experiencing industrial transformation,and the potential ecological crisis is imminent.Based on the above background,combined with the newly released in 2017 “the provincial planning pilot program”,this paper puts forward the basic ecological space under the scale of urban planning area,also regarding the “basic ecological space planning of Lu'an urban planning area”,studying on the basic ecological space identification of Lu'an Urban Planning Area.Based on the idea of value neutralization of landscape feature evaluation system,this paper summarizes the process of determining the basic ecological space of urban planning area into two stages: feature description classification and quantitative analysis and decision making.According to the spatial heterogeneity of urban planning area,the urban land spatial classification system is reconstructed,and the corresponding quantitative analysis method is selected and optimized.On the one hand,the basic ecological space of Lu'an urban planning area is provided with relevant scientific basis for the urban ecological protection and construction land reserve.On the other hand,the feasibility and validity of the identification process are analyzed empirically.Specific studies include:I Construction of Urban Heterogeneous Unit Classification System.The city of ecological protection has no available due to the existing urban land classification system is the lack of ecological land.In order to ensure the ecological protection,urban construction and agricultural production can meet the needs of the three,this paper combined with the principle of spatial heterogeneity of landscape ecology,the spatial heterogeneity of various cities to analyze the reasons for the summary and as a basis for the construction of urban heterogeneity unit classification system.The classification system divides the urban space into four resource types,ten regional types and 29 patch type units on the three scales as the classification criteria of the first stage of the identification process.II Quantitative Analysis and Optimization of Basic Space in Urban Planning Area.Based on the classification of feature description,three basic methods,such as resource sensitivity analysis,landscape pattern index analysis and quantitative analysis of edge effect,which are selected according to different scale characteristics,and the optimization of operation flow is carried out.For different types of urban planning area Quantitative Analysis and Decision of the Second Stage in the Determination of Basic Ecological Space.Which set the supporting index system for the sensitivity analysis of vegetation resources,water resources and landform and construction resources.In the landscape pattern index analysis,11 types of operation indicators and three landscape operations indicators were selected to analyze the changes and trends of urban landscape pattern.The edge effect of quantitative evaluation formula is derived,and the calculation formula of minimum control distance between all kinds of patches.III The Empirical Study on the Basic Ecological Space of Lu'an City Planning Area.Based on satellite images and digital map data collected,the basic ecological space of Lu'an urban planning area was judged,the result of the identification is consistent with the planning result as the reference,and the feasibility of the urban basic ecological space decision operation is verified.The results include 10 primary resource protection space,8 secondary structure protection space and 9 third level control space.And put forward the optimization proposal to the ecological network structure and the classification of the protection unit.
