Research On The Whole Process Cost Management Of Project G Of SC Company

The whole process cost management theory developed more popular a project cost management theory in developed countries,and is widely used in project management practice.Though the basic ideology for the whole process cost management of construction projectwas already established,this management had not real applications in practice.How to ensure the quality of the project,at the same time,strengthen the whole process of project construction cost control,thus saving money,avoiding waste,obtain maximum economic benefits,is a major research topic.This Paper dissected the problems existed in their engineering cost management with comprehensive analysis to the current situation of project engineering cost management by SX company,applied the basic engineering cost management method such as Work Breakdown Structureand Activity Based Costing as confirm mode and control mode of the whole process cost management of SX company,studied the whole process value management,full factor cost management,total engagement management,wide risk cost management and etc.as the auxiliary method of the whole process cost management of SX company.In this paper,the whole process cost management model of integrated whole life cycle cost management and comprehensive cost management is built for project G,confirming the invest plan with lifetime value management at policy definition stage,implement design bidding system and quota design system during design stage to ensure that the design budget is controlled within the investment estimate,execute bidding process and choose the successful bidder reasonably during the bidding stage,employ total engagement management,full factor management,wide risk management during the construction stageto control the construction drawing budget within design budget,and conduct a comprehensive audit and review Settlement information in the completion acceptance stage,control the completion settlement within the construction drawing budge.This paper make an empirical study on G project,expounded the implementation and effect of the whole process cost management mode,provided reference for the construction of similar projects in the future.
