In the process of working,the machine will be affected by the factors such as working conditions and friction between parts,so as to make the parts wear particles,water,dust in the environment,the products of physical and chemical changes of additives in the lubricating oil into the lubrication system.In the lubrication system,the performance index of the lubricant is damaged,which affects the normal operation of the equipment and even causes failure.Ultimately,it causes huge economic losses and casualties.In the background of the development of the Internet,some small and medium-sized enterprises have not been able to keep up with the pace of the times because of the shortage of funds,which make the operation efficiency,safety and life of the equipment low,and the consumption and pollution of oil are serious.While institutions of higher learning and scientific research institutes have advanced monitoring and analysis technology and testing equipment,but lack of more practical links.There are serious and wrong problems in the information,and the social resources can not be allocated and used reasonably,causing huge waste.Nowadays,the society is in the age ofinformation fusion and sharing.In order to solve the current problems,it is urgent to develop a human-machine interface friendly platform,which provides information exchange,cooperation and sharing for oil and gas detection and fault diagnosis service platform among enterprises,universities and research institutes.In the process of platform development,the overall design scheme of the platform is determined through the research and analysis of the existing resources and the actual needs of the enterprise.Using B/S model,using Visual Studio 2013 as a development platform,using SQL Server 2008 as the database foundation,using PhotoShop as a tool of web art,with SPSS Statistics and MATLAB as the back-end data processing tools,C# language,HTML language,CSS and JavaScript scripting language as a development language,combined with ASP.NET technology,ADO.NET database technology,object-oriented programming techniques and implementation to build practical oil monitoring and fault diagnosis network service platform.On the function design,the platform gives full consideration to the user's needs and provides a bridge for information exchange between small and medium enterprises and institutions of higher learning and scientific research institutes.The function of the platform is divided into user module and administrator module can achieve the detection instrument detection query,query,query,project case detection technology training,test report query,online detection application,system help,login and registration,reportmanagement,oil testing instrument management and online fault diagnosis function.In the fault diagnosis method,the platform mainly adopts the linear regression model,the three line value method,the principal component analysis and the BP neural network method.At the end of the platform to carry out the test and application results show that the platform of the network,the digital oil data management,users can platform anywhere in the network login,to understand the running status of equipment,testing data,without the limitation of time and space,improve work efficiency;researchers can obtain mechanical equipment on the spot through the platform first hand information and data,in order to achieve further scientific research.The platform has set up a bridge for cooperation and connection for enterprises,scientific research institutes and colleges and universities.
