As a comprehensive traffic management and control system based on traffic big data research and judgment,the traffic information management and judgment platform is an important part of the intelligent transportation system.It will have important practical significance and practical value of how to integrate various information and multi-source traffic data,to solve the problems of interoperability,integration and information interaction between heterogeneous applications in the transportation system,and to assist the decisionmaking command of the traffic control center effectively.The research goal of the thesis is to use Web service technology to design and develop a research and judgment system for traffic information management.The main work of the thesis includes three aspects: firstly,it is to analyze the functional requirements of the research and judgment platform,and to study the business and performance requirements of the platform deeply.Secondly,according to the functional requirements analysis,it is necessary to carry out the design of the overall and specific functional modules of the system.We will build up the intensive study on the four functional modules which includes data collection,data cleaning,data management and information judgment,and their interface relationships.Thirdly,it is urgent to establish a Web Servicebased traffic management information research and judgment system,which has been verified in practical applications.In the process of system development,we will use the cross-language and crossplatform remote invocation technology of Web Service.Through the SOA component technology,the basic platform of the business is built to realize the interconnection of subsystems,and to keep a good scalability.Furthermore,it is important to form a closed loop of traffic data transmission and data value according to use the combination of traditional information technology and big data technology for data management.In the system the "operating system" mode is used to manage the software and hardware resources,so as to achieve the isolation of business and data,equipment and control system,and further improve the security,reliability and scalability of the system.The research work of the thesis relies on the project of "Intelligent Traffic Management Research and Judgment Platform Project".In terms of the practical application,it shows that the system fully meets the target requirements of traffic management information research and judgment,including the realization of the collection,processing and processing of daily traffic data,and aggregation analysis and daily information research and judgment of traffic management.In this part,it includes GIS map visualization,video surveillance management,investigation and control management,interval speed measurement,illegal management,bayonet management,intelligent research and judgment,data analysis and other closed-loop business process functions,which basically cover daily traffic information and daily research and judgment management function requirements.According to the complete system test and the user acceptance test of the trial operation,the main technical indicators meet the requirements of demand analysis and system design indicators,including reliability,scalability,response time of the system and so on.The loading speed of processing and main core business is in line with system requirements and design requirements.At the same time,it also achieves the goal of system integration,which can assist management departments to improve daily traffic management and services,improve daily traffic efficiency,and realize intelligent judgment and intelligent management of traffic management information.
