Aimcd at Xi’an Xianyang International Airport,A set of methods and systems suitable are studied and developed for the self-service machine,which is used to canoel the on-site duty of personnel,when the failure of the system the shortest time to remind staff of the purpose,and its own computer restart to deal with some of the failure.The main contents of this thesis are as follows:1 Analyzing the composition and working principle of the airport self-service check-in machine,the airport self-service check-in machine is connected with more than ten kinds of equipment,each kind of equipment works abnormally the self-service check-in machine is unable to work,analyzes the breakdown which usually appears and its reason and the processing method,it is used as the bests of fault detection,explsins the cause of feult and maintenance scheme in detail,these work lays a foundation for the further design of fault diagnosis method and optimal control.2 The improved diagnosis method of fault screen capture is studied.Firstly,based on the whole structure of the fault detection system,the calculation and simulation experiments found that the commonly used RGB three-color weight cthculotion method is slow to compare images,the improved diagnosis method of fault screen capture is presented,change the Difference Square of the adjacent pixels of the normal RGB three basic color matrices to the absolute value of the difference of the adjacent pixels.The formula of similarity calculation is deduced,and the steps of fault screen-capturing improved diagnosis method are given the running result of the program shows that the improved diagnosis method is accurate and fast.3 The fault detection system is improved.The installation and testing method of using photosensitive element to detect printer paper surplus is designed,a photoelectric sensor and a distance sensor are added to the self-service computer,and the missing paper information can be obtained by using the detection software.Then the detection method and software are designed,it includes the improved diagnosis method of the fault screen,the special image contrast algorithm suitable for the system,the monitoring alarm program,the communication program of the fault diagnosis system,and the design method of the client software,database and monitoring terminal,the automatic detection system designed in this paper can detect all kinds of faults mentioned in the second chapter,and deal with them remotely and resume normal work,for the lack of paper or paper Jam and other failures can not be remotely restored to notify the staff to deal with the way the police.4 An integrated diagnosis algorithm of self-service check-in machine based on expert system is proposed.Firstly,three control schemes are designed,including pure software control scheme,network relay control scheme and PLC control scheme,and the control flow is given.Combined with the detection method in Chapter 3,an integrated diagnosis algorithm of self-service check-in machine based on expert system is proposed,and the control rules of the system are established,algorithm verification shows that the algorithm can realize remote control and fault location.5 A method of dynamic weighted adjustment of feature points is proposed.The problems encountered in the initial use of the fault detection system are analyzed,and an optimal control algorithm for the system is proposed,Based on the analysis of the fault detection system,the method and formula for calculating the characteristic points of the RGB gray matrix are given,and then the method of dynamic weighted adjustment of the characteristic points is proposed,the structure diagram of the control algorithm for the weight adjustment of characteristic points is given,Finally,the program is verified,and the results show that the algorithm has a good effect in practical application.This self-service printer system has been in use at Xianyang airport for more than five years,the system uses the c/s structure to write the Server back-end alarm Client software and Client front-end analysis software,the front-end client software uses the fault interface of the self-service check-in software to trigger the alarm,the man-machine interface of the self-service check-in machine is captured,and then image analysis is carried out to determine whether the captured screen is a fault interface to determine whether to trigger the alarm.In control is to use force control software connected with PLC control self-help machine switch to detect and restore the fault.The application effect is good,and won the National transportation industry equipment management innovation third Prize.
