With the gradual enhancement of China's comprehensive national strength and the rapid development of economic,ocean wave monitoring has become the target of many important departments in the study of the oceans.Ocean observers are the common means and tools for marine monitoring.This paper designs a set of marine monitoring wave buoy measuring systems independently,It has unattended,automatic monitoring of the function and fixedpoint,regular hydrographic elements of the sea surface wave height,wave cycle telemetry.This paper first introduces the development status of foreign buoys and the development history and current situation of domestic buoys.By analyzing and comparing the current status and the advantages and the disadvantages of domestic and foreign wave monitoring technologies,this paper proposes to integrate a complete set of buoy system and its application to the coast.The corresponding wave data analysis software.The focus is wave data acquisition system,the main design,including the main MCU control module,BDS module,radio module,differential module battery modules and other hardware modules.The hardware module takes the ellipsoidal buoy as the carrier of the monitoring system and relies on the automatic transmission of the waves and data with high precision over a long period of time by relying on the principle of high precision differential RTK technology and radio data transmission.In this paper,we also make a detailed comparison of several methods commonly used in wave front power spectrum estimation.The power spectrum periodogram method is used to quickly process the wave signal data collected,extracted and stored by the microcontroller to obtain the wave height and cycle.The comparison of computing results verifies the effectiveness of the method.The monitoring system in a small scale wave tank conducted a field experiment,RTK differential wave buoy positioning,data reception,wireless transmission,storage and data analysis results and other indicators to meet the design requirements,and its work is stable,Easy to operate and provide data support and new methods for offshore investment and application.
