Based on scenarios of remote spectrum monitoring system in power multi-service network, we propose a general scheme of wireless spectrum monitoring system that monitors, storages, manages and analyses spectrum. The system is made of monitoring terminal and monitoring center, monitoring terminal contains core module, RF receiver module,4G module and GPS module. It is able to monitor spectrum in specified band which is set by monitoring center and transform spectrum, GPS information to monitoring center. Monitoring center can storages and manages spectrum. Besides, it also can control monitoring terminal and users. The test results show stable performance of the wireless spectrum monitoring system.The thesis is divided into five chapters as follows.In Chapter 1, the topic background and research significance as well as current situation of 4G application are introduced. Then the architecture of the thesis is described.In Chapter 2, the overall design of wireless spectrum monitoring system is proposed on the foundation of the application scenarios. Then the design of monitoring terminal and monitoring center is given based on design requirements.In Chapter 3, the monitoring terminal is implemented by its design in chapter 2. Its hardware platform consists of Zedboard development board as master module,4G communication module, RF module and GPS location module. The embedded Linux operating system is built as software platform of monitoring terminal and transplant driver on it. Then the terminal control software is implemented on this basis.In Chapter 4, the monitoring center is implemented by its design. It is B/S system running on server. The monitoring center is made of monitoring terminal control module, spectrum processing module, user rights management module, display of spectrum module and show of device location module.In Chapter 5, the hardware modules and the control software of the terminal are tested. Then the wireless system is tested in the situation of monitoring terminal running with monitoring center. The test results show stable performance of the wireless spectrum monitoring system.
