Meishan Power Supply Company currently uses the OPEN 3000 platform for smart grid dispatch automation management.The OPEN 3000 platform is implemented by the China State Grid Corporation and is an important management tool for power grid dispatching automation.However,there is a lack of functions related to real-time detection of equipment status estimation between plant and station.Therefore,a power system implementation state estimation monitoring and early warning system is designed and implemented to solve the above problems.In the research work,the status monitoring of the power system and the development status of related software research and development technology at home and abroad are organized and introduced first.Subsequently,the business management mode of the power grid control center of Meishan Power Supply Company is introduced,and the existing problems are analyzed,and the necessity of system research and development is proposed.At the same time,the specific research and development goals of the system are analyzed from the functional and performance levels,and the feasibility of the system is demonstrated from the economic and technical.Based on the requirements and goals of the system,the overall plan of the system is designed.According to the functional goals of the system,the technical framework and logical flow of the internal functions are studied in detail,and the design of the functional service model of the system is completed.In the design work,a detailed analysis was carried out on the design ideas,data structure and table structure of the system database.According to the technology and function design of the system,the system has been developed and realized by using technologies and tools such as DOM,XML,Java,My SQL,etc.The realization process and function code of the key functions of the system is introduced,and the operation interface of the system is showed and explained.Finally,through automated software testing methods,the function and performance of the system is verified by using Virtual Tester and DEBUG debugging mode.The system includes background functions such as data communication,data analysis,state estimation,monitoring and early warning,and provides visual interactive service support for dispatching end users through the data viewing function.Based on the realization of the real-time detection function of the equipment state estimation of the plant and station interval,the proportion of manual participation is reduced.Therefore,the system has positive practical application significance for improving the overall level and efficiency of the grid dispatching automation business of Meishan Power Supply Company.
