Large railway maintenance machines(D09-32)is a highly automated railway large maintenance machinery to maintain railway by automatic track lifting,lining and tamping,which is wildly used in China’s railway system.The irreplaceable advantages including good quality and high efficiency make the machine play an important role in the raising of speed in railway time and time again.This article aims at the problem of lining system of the large railway maintenance machines(D09-32)prone to failure and cause damage to the lines,endanger the safety of railway,studied the safety monitoring device of the lining system,which can effectively prevent lining system cause further damage to the line versine under the malfunction of the railway lines.It is of great engineering significance to ensure the operation of the normal operation section of the maintenance line in the construction skylight.In this paper,the principle of lining and control signal flow are analyzed in detail.Combined with the failure phenomenon including a string-break of lining sensor and derailment of lining trolley,a lining system security monitoring device for monitoring the voltage of critical parts of the lining control system is proposed.Based on the mechanical structure and hydraulic servo principle of the lining system,the control algorithm of voltage variation amplitude and voltage change rate in both normal and abnormal operating conditions is derived.The hardware design of safety monitoring device is completed in this article.Considered extended follow-up,an AMC7832 chip with 17 input channels and ±12.5V input of the ADC conversion function has been chosen to convert and collect the voltage output values of the 609\609HG type versine sensor,and the values are send to LM3S615 main controller chip which has a Cortex-M3 core through the SPI serial port communication mode.After smoothing the voltage value,monitoring the amplitude and rate of the voltage,and then output the voltage.If the voltage value after smoothing is beyond the normal range±5030mV or change within 10 ms difference reached 22 mV,immediately output stop lining signals(unloading lining bypass hydraulic solenoid valve),stop line mechanical cars running signals(unloading running bypass hydraulic solenoid valve)and sound and light alarm signals,to prevent the lining system from causing the wrong lining action to destroy the railway line.In the aspect of software design,the security monitoring device chooses FreeRTOS embedded real-time operating system,which has the function of running stable and easy to develop.The initial configuration of key storage value of LM3S615 chip hardware is explained,and the software function module is mainly divided into reading the original voltage value task,the voltage value smoothing task,the voltage value monitoring task and the display task,etc.,between individual tasks,information is passed across the message queue.After the field test of the prototype of the large railway maintenance machines(D09-32),the expected effect is obtained and the feasibility of the safety monitoring scheme and the effectiveness of the algorithm are verified.
