The Railway Engineering Construction Quality Control Of Large Maintenance Machinery Research

The railway is known as the main artery of national economy,is the basic content of the economic and social development,and with the continuous upgrading of China’s railway construction,railway transportation scale and speed are also constantly improve,the quality of the railway line is more demanding,although China’s railway construction equipment and technology upgrading,but everyday the maintenance work is an important part to ensure the security and stability of the railway line.The current railway maintenance project of our country has formed a system,not only has a relatively mature system,while the use of large track maintenance machinery and equipment has improved the efficiency and quality of construction and maintenance,reversing the traditional maintenance mode of construction,only to ensure the railway engineering construction of large maintenance machinery to improve the quality,to meet the increasing demand of railway construction,to ensure the safety of train operation.This paper focuses on the related problems and large maintenance mechanization construction quality control in railway engineering are analyzed.introduced the large-scale maintenance machinery construction quality control connotation and principle,followed by analysis of the factors influencing the quality of large maintenance machinery construction,from the line and switch tamping tamping,rail grinding is studied,put forward the control factors and countermeasures,and puts forward the key points of quality control in the implementation process.The line in the tamping process need to pay attention to ensure good mechanical condition,in the basic play,leveling and lining on the way to the development of the construction program with the actual situation,but also need to modify the horizontal.In the quality control of turnout tamping,it is necessary to reasonably determine the construction plan according to the different location of switches.In the quality control of rail grinding,it is also necessary to implement specific operation contents according to the characteristics of the line and eliminating damage and stabilizing lines.In the dynamic stability quality control,it is necessary to pay attention to the coherence of the operation and the reasonable parameters.Finally,according to the actual situation,put forward three aspects from the pre construction preparation,construction site management and construction period examined how the quality control measures,which can effectively improve the railway engineering maintenance mechanization construction quality control effect,promote the railway engineering level of our country’s promotion.
