The whole life cycle management of engineering project is a systematic and complex project.The procedures of engineering construction need to be approved by different departments and industry management,and the requirements and regulations of each link are different.The types of information are complex,the forms of expression are diverse,and the data formats are different.If it is carried out by traditional way,the project information and the material cannot be inherited and shared smoothly.The efficiency and benefit of project management are restricted externally.The questionnaires on the application of BIM in 17 cities in Shandong Province were analyzed under the background of promoting the integration of construction industrialization and information integration.It can be found that most of the units have used BIM technology in the design and construction phase.But BIM technology was used in only 1/10 of the units through the project cooperation management.It has very important practical significance to research on the whole life cycle management of engineering project based on BIM.BIM technology refers to the specific application of digital information technology in the field of engineering construction.The planning,design,construction and operation are combined by automatic correlation function of parameterized BIM information.The whole life cycle management of engineering project platform architecture was designed based on the analysis of P-BIM and collaborative management theory.The way,technology and method of information integration and sharing in collaborative management were put forward,which further enhanced the application value of BIM technology in the field of engineering constructions and improved the efficiency and quality of projects collaborative management.Jinan Hanyu Financial and Commercial Center Project is the tallest building construction in Shandong Province,which adopted a steel-concrete composite structure system.Steel frame outer column three-way hyperboloid tilt result in high processing and installation requirements and 35 sub-units were shared in real time difficultly.The framework of Hanyu financial project collaborative management platform was designed based on the above research results and the project total package “3+1” management model was extended.The BIM model checking process was planned and the construction process collaborative management database was established.The feasibility and operability of collaborative management platform was verified by verifying the integration of BIM model and entity measurement model among different specialties,which provide a technical route and reference for similar engineering projects to better use BIM technology for project management.
