With the development of high-level,high-rise building,the building structure in the form of diversification and the structure of complicated functions put forward higher technical requirements to the structure design personnel.Our country is one of the world’s most earthquake-prone countries,several times since the 21st century earthquake caused serious economic losses and a large number of personnel casualties and it hampered the progress of the society.Once some design concept already can’t keep up with the pace of the times,the elastic-plastic analysis technology and the concept of performance-based design is put forward in order to solve the current of all kinds of contradictions.Three-dimensional nonlinear analysis software focusing on building structure--Perform-3D has a powerful analysis function in the field of structural engineering.Compared with the Abaqus,it has more simple operation in pre-processing and post-processing,higher calculation accuracy and faster calculation speed.This paper firstly introduces the basic principle and application condition of elastic-plastic analysis method and then details the performance-based analysis software on the basis of the Perform-3D the conversion,building,parameter selection of the seismic waves,the damping in the setting under rare earthquake,the nonlinear constitutive model of materials,the nonlinear component model,overall structure and component performance evaluation method in the practical engineering.Shenyang as the first national housing industrialization demonstration city vigorously promote prefabricated houses,including precast reinforced concrete residential and assembled steel structure residence.This article based on high-rise steel frame-brace structure housing,concrete-filled steel tubular column of sheet high-frequency welding square steel tube was used as frame column.frame beam is sheet high-frequency welding H-shaped steel beam and the floor is prefabricated cast-in-place composite slab,by using Satwe and Etabs based structural design and analysis software modeling and the structure is in elastic analysis under earthquake and wind load.Then use the performance-based analysis software Perform-3D,under the action of the rarely met earthquake the structure static Pushover analysis of different level loading mode and select two natural waves and an artificial wave to analysis dynamic elastic-plastic time history.Finally based on the theory of performance-based seismic design on seismic performance of the overall structure and component damage assessment.The analysis results show that structural steel weight of the whole control in the case of 49.90 kg/m2,under severe earthquake the steel frame-brace structure system still has a better seismic performance.It reduced the project cost of the structure,increased the rate of the assembly and more construction.Finally.on the basis of the steel structure housing elastic-plastic analysis and performance evaluation of damage,a super high-rise in shen yang(frame-shear wall structure)under the action of the rarely earthquake dynamic elastic-plastic time history analysis.Further reinforced concrete composite structures are introduced in the application of the elastic-plastic analysis.
