Research On Quality Management Of One Highway Greening Project

The rapid development of the expressway has caused pollution to the ecological environment,so the construction of the green project is becoming more and more important.Expressway across long areas,the diversity characteristics of terrain,soil,climate and environment determines the complexity of green project.However,there is no scientific quality management and control theory to meet the expressway greening project and conventional technical means can't achieve strict quality management control,and there is a high level of seedling mortality.Therefore,the research on the quality management and control theory of expressway greening project is very urgent and has important significance.This paper expounds the definition of quality management,introduces the three development course of construction project construction quality control theory,studies some project quality management control method such as Post hoc test theory,zero defect theory,6?theory,IS09001 standard and PDCA circulation method.This paper focuses on the analysis of the PDCA cycle method which is widely used in construction quality management of construction project.This method includes four stages: Plan,Do,Check and Action.It is a cycle and gradually increased quality management process through eight steps,that is discover problem,plan action,carry out plan,result assessment,standardization,generalization and application.AS a case of the four completed high-speed greening project management information in Zhangjiakou province and the field visits to investigate,the problems of quality management and control of expressway greening project are analyzed,and the mortality statistics is carried out using the representative of Xinjiang Yang,high golden elm,willow and pine.Starting from the overall quality management of the expressway afforestation project and the construction procedure of the four seedlings,and according to the problems existing in the expressway afforestation project,the quality management plan for the expressway greening project is developed,what including quality,quality control implementation,quality testing,quality audit and so on.Applying the quality management plan of expressway greening project to the greening and environmental protection project from Chongli to Zhang Chengjie,and using the PDCA cycle method of the construction quality control of the whole project management and seedling planting process,the one-time pass rate of four seedling planting construction processes increased significantly,and high mortality rate of Xinjiang Yang,golden elm,willow and pine were decreased by 5%,0.75%,11.5% and 3%,after the winter mortality rate than the average decreased by 7%,-1.5%,10% and 2% than the average value respectively.At the same time,resource allocation is more reasonable,the enthusiasm of the staff to play,save time and cost.This paper preliminarily framed a set of more scientific and reasonable construction quality management methods of expressway greening project,provided a theoretical reference for the quality management and control of green construction enterprises.
