Along with the social economy rapid development,the electric power industry has entered a new era,at the same time,the state environmental protection more stringent emission requirements,many power enterprises to reduce pollutant emission limits and actively invested transformation of environmental protection equipment,the electric dust MGGH and ultra low emission transformation of a 600 MW ultra supercritical coal-fired units.This paper bases on the power plant as the research object,this paper expounds the research background,before and after the unit operation situation,energy-saving design and selection,unit performance test,dust transformation effect of ratio,and by MGGH before and after electric dust transformation project operation indicators of coal-fired unit performance.The details of the implementation from the power plant dust emission control project.Finally,the environmental indicators are analyzed and calculated,and all the environmental parameters are up to the latest emission limits of the country.The space conditions of the ultra low emission power plant retrofit scheme combined with other MGGH transformation projects for coal-fired power plants and the advantages and disadvantages of this factory esp the actual operating conditions and construction process of choice,so as to take the optimal scheme of adding low temperature economizer and collaborative filter technology.Taking into account before and after the transformation of the equipment performance,related equipment performance parameters and other factors,the specific installation in addition of dry electric dust cleaning in air pre heater outlet to electric precipitator flue is middle low temperature economizer in the desulfurization tower and straight to the chimney flue.This paper introduces the performance parameters,MGGH and electric precipitator structure,through the comparative analysis of the investment of the equipment before and after the operation,the condition is still under the equipment performance test and performance test of dust removal equipment modification and pollutant emission situation and economic benefits through comparative test.Finally,the dissertation shows that the power plant after MGGH and ultra low emission electric dust after the transformation,dust,sulfur dioxide,nitrogen oxide emissions are less than 10,35,50 mg / m3,the emission parameters of the coal-fired units to meet the new emission limits and for days after the bidding made a huge advantage.This paper also provides reference for other MGGH and precipitator retrofit coal-fired units.
