| Sitting on the south edge of Lotus Hill and bound to the south by the South China Sea,the city of Shanwei is located in the southeast of Guangdong Province,bordering Huilai County to the east,Huidong County to the west,and Meizhou City as well as Zijin County to the north.It comprises Urban District,Honghaiwang District,Haifeng County,Lufeng County and Luhe County.In recent years,the industrial structure of Shanwei City has been optimized,and the four leading industries,such as electric energy,electronic information,handicrafts,textile and garment,have been established,and the coastal cities have been formed dominated by industrial development and vigorously developed marine industry and tourism.The distribution network in shanwei city includes typical characteristics of urban power grid and rural power grid,and distribution network power supply capacity is weak,the history of distribution network owes a lot with the backward equipment.At the same time,due to the wide area of Shanwei City and the insufficient upper power supply,so the radius of the distribution network is too long in most areas,moreover the construction of the urban power grid is slow and lagging behind,insufficient power supply capacity in the urban distribution network,Poor reliability and other issues is becoming increasingly prominent.According to the development strategy of the Guangdong provincial government to revitalize the development of the eastern Guangdong,Shanwei City joins the Pearl River Delta to participate in the shen-guan-hui economic circle,in order to undertake the circle's radiation transfer,Shanwei City obtains a major development opportunity.In view of the regional positioning and development goals of Shanwei City,the acceleration of urbanization process and the rapid development of industry and agriculture,Shanwei City,the existing distribution network power supply capacity and construction progress has been unable to meet the industrial development and residential electricity load demand.Based on the construction of power grid during the 12 th Five-Year period,this paper systematically evaluates and analyzes the present situation of distribution network in Shanwei City,and find out the problems in the development of distribution network combined with regional economic and social development.On this basis,combined with the historical demand for electricity,it establishes mathematical models of Shanwei distribution network to predict the future of electricity load,the future development of the annual electricity and load growth data.Secondly,the construction objectives and planning technical principles of the distribution network are analyzed and studied.According to the planning technical principles and load forecasting,the results of high-voltage power grid planning are described and suggested.And finally this paper identifies the distribution network construction planning program from 2017 to 2019.Based on the actual situation of Shanwei,this paper analyzes the structural characteristics of the domestic distribution network,and provides practical guidance for the construction,renovation and optimization of the future distribution network of Shanwei City. |
