With the development of urbanization and distribution network in recent years,urban distribution network is becoming large and complex.The power supply contradictions are constantly expanding,especially the full load of the city center substation.There haven't spare line interval and load space.Along with the development of the city,the problems of high load rate,poor power supply turning ability,electricity corridor congestion,and low utilization rate of the distribution network automation need to be solved urgently.Existing problem of the distribution network becomes more and more obvious,and the power distribution system construction obviously lags behind the construction of the urban power transmission system.The network structure is not reasonable and the typical connection rate is low,resulting in low power supply distribution network reliability,poor power quality,serious damage of network and wires,and inadequate connection between power distribution network planning construction and urban construction.In this paper,the Guangzhou International Health Industry City,for example,combined with the CMC and the power supply bureau needs to complete the long-term investment speculation.First of all,the status of The Health City distribution network analysis,including the high voltage transformer substation load rate,power supply range,medium voltage distribution line connection mode and load rate,and the main problems and weak links in the development of distribution network are clearly defined.On this basis,combined with The Health City clean electricity installation project seven,using the bottom-up method,short load forecasting of city health Yapei clock network.The use of long-term land use planning map,making load density index suitable for the construction of Cannes,calculation of composite health city.The load forecast combined with 220 kV and 110 kV substation planning.Formulate the technical principles of power grid planning in health city,put forward the detailed meshing planning scheme,and the effect of power supply reliability on the implementation of the planning scheme is evaluated.The meshing power supply mode not only simplified the process of reforming,but also improved the reliability of power supply,and unified the urban development planning and distribution network development plan.This paper can effectively guide the construction of power grid in Guangzhou international health industry city,and provide suggestions for the power construction.At the same time,effectively improve capacity of electric power supply and power distribution reliability.On the same type of the meshing power supply mode has the theoretical significance and promotional value for the construction of urban distribution power grids.
