Research On Urban Youth Housing Space Design Based On The “Cohousing” Mode

Due to the rapid urbanization,the traditional social interpersonal relationships have been broken,which means,in nowadays,the ideology has transformed from collectivism to individualism.Meanwhile,because of the high-speed development of internet,both communication and language system have been changed.Therefore,most people are now living under the virtual world,which causes the real interpersonal relationship becomes more and more unfamiliar and alienated.At the same time,the gap between the ideal life and the real environment becomes bigger and bigger.“Cohousing” mode is an effective strategy to deal with this problem.Because in this kind of living form,it contains the positive influence of relationship re-materialization,the advantageous way to simplify lifestyles,and the save of social resources.In this paper,it takes urban young people as the point-cut,and focuses on the housing space that is associated to the current fast-paced life and high-pressure work environment.The aim of this paper is to improve their living quality,and promote their enthusiasm as an emerging force in social construction.It tries to create a space flexibility for the living space,and creates the possibility conditions of ideal life,so as to make the space present different and open states in different scene events and for different users,thus redefining the spatial pattern of youth community life.In this paper,the organization and analysis of this topic have been listed firstly.And it also makes a collection and arrangement of theoretical and practical examples all over the world.Base on these,author proposes the concept that “Cohousing” life mode does have the strong advantages and possibilities in current society.After that,author does several research on cohousing life mode,and the analysis of cohousing life mode covers in below five aspects,which contains development types,basic characteristic,functions,users' lifestyle and design feature.Then,according to the living characteristic,lifestyle,living statues and existing problems among the youth,author makes a deep study and using that to re-interpret the lifestyle of the contemporary youth,try to figure out the best way to meet the needs of both space and function.The way of creating a great cohousing circumstance,the strategy of making the space-using more flexible,the solution of letting the youth's house type more diverse and the method of users' lifestyle customizing have been summarized at the end of the article.At the same time,author also uses her design to elaborate her results more clearly.
