The practice of railway reconstruction project is very important to the safety risk management.If some potential safety risks can not be found in time,they will bury a greater safety risk to the project.Therefore,it is of practical significance to manage the construction safety risks of existing railway lines.Based on the theory of construction safety risk management and the theory of construction safety risk management of existing railway lines,taking the overhaul of signal equipment of Shuohuang Railway as an example,this paper studies the risk management of reconstruction construction of existing railway lines,and studies the safety accidents,construction organization,engineering technology,construction management and engineering environment of the projects.The five aspects of safety risk management are identified and analyzed,and the risk types are defined.Then the evaluation system of construction safety risk management is established by using the analytic hierarchy process.Conclusions: according to safety accident risk matrix,construction organization risk matrix,engineering technology risk matrix,construction management risk matrix and engineering environment risk matrix,the weight calculation and consistency test of each judgment matrix are carried out.The result of the test is CR < 0.1,which shows that the selection of risk indicators is reasonable.Six judges of the company were invited to evaluate the relevant indicators,and the evaluation result was 68.31 points,indicating that the safety factor was not high,and there was a greater safety risk in the process of overhaul construction of Shuohuang railway signal equipment.Solutions: In view of the safety risk problems in the process of signal equipment overhaul of Shuohuang Railway,five improvement strategies are put forward: safety accident risk management strategy,construction organization risk management strategy,engineering technology risk management strategy,construction management risk management strategy and engineering environment risk management strategy.
