Nowadays,the urban development in China is closely related to the improvement of multi-mode regional transportation.It is very important to improve the overall travel efficiency and rely on the transportation dominance to realize the comprehensive urban function value for the integrated transportation hub and adjoining area as a connecting and coupling interface.However,in the process of synergy between the hub and the adjoining area,it is difficult to form a stable state of cooperation because each of the two forms a system and is influenced by elements from different spatial scales and there are intrinsic type differences.This study mainly analyzes the internal operating mechanism of the system,the influencing factors at multiple spatial scales,and the feature differences among multiple types to develop a coordinated planning control strategy for the hub and adjacent areas.It guides the combination of quantitative and qualitative control strategies and control indicators.The hub and adjacent areas achieve the ideal goal of synergy.This paper takes the node-place model as the basic theory,defines the relative balance relationship between node value and site value as a cooperative state,evaluates the status quo coordination status of 17 typical hubs and adjacent areas in China,and determines the hub types with different levels of synergy.Analyze the mechanism of the internal control indicators in the hub and adjacent area systems by means of synergetics and cybernetics,determine the “city level” guidance and control strategies and the “hub level” control indicators,and determine the “hub” through systematic methods and dynamic methods."Level" of the order parameters,the hub and adjacent areas of the overall level of control,type,primary and secondary control,put forward the specific implementation of control methods,and Chengdu Station as an example for empirical research.In this paper,the status of 17 sample hubs has been used to determine the three types of hub collaboration: urban complex,equilibrium-dependent,and urban development.Four categorical variables have been identified,which can be used as the main elements to divide the hub into collaborative types.It is proposed that there is a self-organization and organization role within the system of the hub and adjacent areas,which are affected by external control parameters and “hub level” order parameters from the “city level” and between the city,the hub,and the adjacent area.The relationship between the two proposed planning control strategies and 22 control indicators.Finally,using the probability distribution model to quantify six prescriptive indicators in the system from the perspective of the implementation of the plan,put forward the planning strategy for the coordinated development of the hub and adjacent areas,and took Chengdu Station as an example to conduct an empirical study.The main conclusions of the dissertation can be used for reference in collaborative planning,control research,planning and implementation.
