Study On The Characteristics Of Zhuzhou Industrial Cultural Heritage And Its Protection Strategy

The beginning of the industrial revolution was a crucial link in the history of mankind and has brought tremendous changes in human life.As a continuation of the industrial industry,industrial buildings are entrusted with important historical footprints of the big industrial age.In recent years,industrial factories has been gradually moving away from urban centers,which has drawn people’s attention on protecting the industrial building heritage.With respect to Zhuzhou,one of the eight old industrial bases,the continuous relocation of its old industrial plants has widely started the protection work of the industrial architectural heritage in Zhuzhou.For the industrial history and culture,the appearance of the industrial architectural heritage has become the most intuitive material carrier of the industrial history and culture.The retention and continuation of the industrial architectural heritage are of great significance to the promotion of social,economic and cultural development in the region.This article first analyzes the influencing factors of Zhuzhou industrial development and deeply understands the transportation,war,geographic location and other factors that have impacts over Zhuzhou’s industrial development,and then summarizes and analyzes the industrial development in Zhuzhou from the perspective of the basic features,distribution features and architectural features of Zhuzhou’s industrial architectural heritage,in order to provide a theoretical basis and a research foundation for the protection strategy of Zhuzhou’s industrial architectural heritage and inherit the value of Zhuzhou’s industrial architectural heritage.Zhuzhou industry in the process of transformation and upgrading,and the urban construction in Zhuzhou has entered the transition from industrial city to ecological city and two-oriented society;how to deal with the built-up industrial areas that have occupied the largest proportion of the urban land already has become the key issue of Zhuzhou’s urban transformation.The core issue,the article’s writing background,to be pondered is how to protect and reuse the existing industrial building heritage in Zhuzhou,in order to highlight the historic features of Zhuzhou’s industrial culture,strengthen the ecological construction and cultural protection of the original industrial area,and furthermore promote the urban transformation.
