In recent years,the refined management theory has been widely applied in the engineering cost industry.And budget management in construction engineering,based on this idea,the same is to fully mining the critical issues in the step of cost budget and control,to target with the help of the existing technology,try to agree on the objectives of accurate,efficient and collaborative budget management.As a new concept,new thinking,new practice tools,BIM(Building Information Modeling)rised rapidly both at home and abroad in building industry,provides a sound solution for the problems existing in the budget softwares in the present construction engineering.the maturity of the technological condition makes cost control based on refinement has become a new trend.BIM is based on 3D digital technology,increase progress factor,cost factor and so on,thus can derive to 4D,5D and ND.It integrates the engineering data at various stages and even the whole life cycle of the project,can make the relevant participants significantly improve efficiency and reduce risk.This software serves as the research work on "The Implementation of Revit-based Quantity Calculation System of Architecture Engineering".Based on the existing research,the aim of this study is to develop prototype system based on Revit,with the technology of Application Programming Interface(API)and the feasibility of BIM-based design software Provided.First of all,this study based on the current mainstream technology based on BIM construction engineering budget software research,and combined with BIM technology provides the possibility of the system requirements are further analyzed.Secondly,through the analysis of the current cost budget work processes,this study overall considering the work the implementation of the process calculation of engineering quantity of construction engineering budget,in view of the system use case,explains the main process design.Third,in the basic demand analysis and on the basis of business process design,the design of system in detail,including business process design,logic framework design,function module design,database design,interface design,etc.Fourth,on the basis of strictly follow the system design,integration of a variety of software development techniques for implementing the system,including system environment,system interface and system key functions,etc.,at the same time,combining with the listing rules "on page 13,to further refine building products classification,set up the partial information attributes,based on the BIM model configuration and the coding listing projects.Finally,the implementation of the system function test and performance test,the content of and the test results are analyzed,and put forward the construction cost budget of next generation based on BIM software optimization direction.As a conclusion,the study on implementation has solved the key problems that the Revit model output quantity directly,to a certain extent,in favor of the integration of the BIM-based design software and budget software,provides with reference for the development about the Revit-based,localized and commercial quantity calculation software in architecture engineering...
