In recent years,the status of the transportation industry in social and economic development has become increasingly prominent,and railway transportation has played a pivotal role.With the increasing social demand,tight construction time,large scale,and high technical standards have become prominent features of railway engineering construction.Railway engineering lines are long,so,it usually span many regions,and take a long time to construct.Therefore,they are often subject to many factors such as sudden changes in geological and hydrological conditions,changes in demolition scales,and changes in market prices during the construction process.These factors may lead to their cost not being effectively controlled within the investment objective.Therefore,how to formulate effective investment control objectives and how to do a good job in the whole process cost management of construction projects have become urgent problems to be solved in railway cost management.With the continuous development of BIM technology in the field of railway engineering,its application in design,construction and other fields has gradually matured.However,due to the differences between BIM technology and current pricing standards,BIM technology cannot be effectively integrated into railway pricing management at this stage.Therefore,the research takes the search for the fusion point of railway engineering quantity list and BIM technology as a breakthrough,and provides a reference for the efficient application of BIM technology in railway engineering cost management.The research starts with the construction of the bill of quantities and the expansion of BIM modeling information,so that BIM technology can be integrated with the railway bill of quantities.At the same time,the research on the improved billing method of the bill of quantities is studied to provide BIM-based pricing management for the entire process reference.At this stage,some scholars have proposed methods for carrying out cost work based on the BIM model,such as transmitting information through API plugins,extracting cost information through open database interconnection,and directly measuring with BIM modeling software.But they all have the problem of not being able to integrate efficiently.Therefore,the research starts with improving the pricing rules of the bill of quantities.By analyzing the differences between the structure of the BIM model and the structure of the bill of quantities,the principle of improving the bill of quantities for the railway is established.Based on the characteristics of BIM componentization and modularization theory,a multi-level list breakdown structure is constructed.The list code,project feature expression,measurement unit and measurement rules are analyzed on the basis of the railway BIM standard,the cost information requirements of various stages,and the differences between the BIM measurement rules and the current railway engineering quantity list pricing standards in China.The BIM model information expansion method is analyzed on the basis of the improved engineering quantity list.Combining the content of the current list unit price and the characteristics of BIM componentization,the unit price of the list is recombined.With the help of ontology description logic reasoning theory,the mapping between list unit price and engineering quantity is realized,and finally a set of BIMbased railway engineering quantity list pricing model is established.Finally,a case study of rail engineering was used to verify the direct export of the bill of quantities based on the BIM modeling software to prove the feasibility of the valuation based on the BIM.
