Haikou city as the economic core of Hainan,and with the rise of urban tourism,people's life style has changed significantly,resulting in an important urban space form-Urban Recreational Business District(RBD).Urban recreation business district is an important carrier to build modern city image and to build a livable city.It is also an important part of the process of building the modern international tourism island.It has attracted wide attention from the government,enterprises,tourism industry and academia.Through the summary of domestic and foreign related literature and their own practice,the theme of the thesis is determined.Combined with the practical cases and experience,this paper puts forward a practical system theory for the design of RBD construction mode of international tourism island.Based on the analysis of the connotation and characteristics of Urban Recreation Business District,this paper analyzes the connotation and characteristics of Urban Recreation Business District,summarizes its advantages and disadvantages,and points out the main problems in the development of Dayingshan Urban Recreation Business District,and puts forward the development strategy of Hainan international tourism island city in Dayingshan.Dayingshan metro area as the center of Haikou city is building,the only large-scale plots of land,the government has given the role of central business district,is about to build into a set of business administration office,commercial retail,cultural entertainment,tourism services and supporting living in four plus a modern integrated urban centers.Therefore,the study of the recreational business model of the new city of Dayingshan has a certain significance.
