Commercial complex as an important real economy in the domestic market,is being impacted hardly by E-commerce under information age.It losts more offline customers with amounts of homogeneous layout pattern buildings.As a type of complex structure,commercial complex is a commerce focus which combines of more than three types of property.Such as supporting business,hotel,exhibition,meeting and so on.Commercial activities as a business form which combined commercial space accomplish functions and forms.Complex commercial space is a driving of the core of commercial complex.They promote the cooperation of ensemble continuously.The thesis regards commercial part of complexion as object of study,following the principle of combining theory with practice.First formulate the background of issue research that the current situation of domestic and abroad research of commercial complex and modular design.Then ensure the connection of modular theory and commercial activities.Focus on the form and layout of commercial activities with the help of glamorization.This paper emphasizes that using popularized thought and studying typical commercial complex gradually.It explores general form and essential feature of store unit,store tour,and plane unit.In the internal functions of the“black box”clear forms space subdivision and under the premise of general law of composition.To establish a system of forms of empty commercial position with modular thinking and design function combination after function module.The competition between companies is that who gets the value chain.This paper uses theory of glamorization to design commercial complex and commercial activities.To maximize the value-added effect of commercial complex in network platform of value chain.Though organically organized module with construction design of different value system,the study of commercial complex and commercial activities returns to essence.The designer can give spatial organization under different orientation,through controlling module in system integrally.Create a new subsystem named assignment of customer value,to ensure a continuous operation of commercial complex.And games at different stages of stability and flourishing the goal of efficiency,and truly harmonious coexistence of people and architecture.
