The Research On The Layout Structure Of Small Towns’ Construction Space Based On The Life Circle

In the process of rapid urbanization,the construction space of small towns is growing rapidly.However,land urbanization grows far more than the population urbanization.Small towns’ construction planning appears the phenomenon that the land and people are mismatched: township has much idle land and new housing.The prospect of construction space in the planning of small towns is more than the actual demand,which leads to the difficult to implement planning.The layout structure of construction space in small towns planning has been difficult to guide the space planning of small towns.The research on the layout structure of small towns’ construction space in China is less.Many planners often use the urban planning’s theory and method to guide space planning of small towns,which caused a big gap between the planning and actual demand of the construction space.This research focuses on the perspective of life circle.According to the questionnaire of Huan Diqiao town dwellers,the research analyses the geographic changes of residents’ space demand,in order to explore the reasonable layout structure mode of construction space,adapting to the stage of the urbanization process.First of all,the analysis of layout structure of construction space in the small towns,should include the layout structure of functional space and the overall space;According to the analysis of many existing small town planning cases,the functional space are fully concentrated in the township,and the overall space appears to be the “center-scatter” type.At the same time,this type has two main problems.First,it depends on the urban planning thoughts to guide the planning of small towns.Second,the functional spaces are fully concentrated in the township,which is difficult to guide the space planning of small towns.Secondly,from the perspective of the life circle,the research analyses the internal mechanism of the layout structure of small towns’ construction space.Through on-the-spot investigation,it analyses the basic features of small town’s life circle,which thinks that the choice of the resident’s functional space,the life circle level,structure characteristics and the layout structure of construction space are closely linked.Different residents groups’ life circles are overlapped.The layout structure of construction space in small towns should be considered residents’ integration living areas.Finally,based on the life circle,the layout structure of small towns’ construction space should be the integrated structure model.On the layout structure of functional space,“the function of township and rural areas should be complementary” as the goal,and the structure model is that “working space concentrated in center,residential and service space reasonable scattered”;On the layout structure of overall space,it should be to “build the integrated regional hierarchical” as the goal,and the structure mode is that “one core,several centers and integrated hierarchical structure”.In order to realize this model,we should know the real situation of life circle,have the concept of life integration,and respect the stage of urbanization process.
