Planning Research Of Characteristic Small Towns Under The Guidance Of Three-Life Integration

Characteristic small towns have become an important carrier of new urbanization in the new period of our country.There are serious problems in the practice of characteristic small towns.The reason is that we can’t find the industry development and spatial layout that accord with our own characteristics.Four ministries and commissions,such as the Development and Reform Commission,put forward "Some Opinions on Standardizing Promoting the Construction of Characteristic Towns and Characteristic Towns".Document No.2084 of the Development and Reform Plan [2017] mentioned that the integration of the three elements of production,life and ecology of characteristic towns through the medium of cultural and tourist businessmen is the key to solve the above problems.Therefore,starting from the premise of "integration of three generations",the industrial development and spatial layout should be carried out.Crucial.This paper takes the development of characteristic small towns as the research carrier and proceeds from the research elements of "Sansheng Space".Through the case study,literature review and multi-dimensional analysis of some characteristic small towns at home and abroad,it comprehensively analyses the connotation and linkage form of "Sansheng Space" from three elements of production,life and ecology,and summarizes the problems faced by the development of characteristic small towns at present.This problem can be solved by coordinating the three elements,and then the planning strategy of "three generations integration" in the space of characteristic small towns is put forward.Taking Xiongjia Town in Wanzhou of Chongqing as an example,this paper analyses the present situation of three major factors of production,life and ecology in Xiongjia Town and the influencing factors of industrial development and spatial layout construction of characteristic towns,and establishes the cultural tourism industry chain of Characteristic Towns and applies it with examples,so as to make the characteristics of cultural and tourist businessmen run through the whole process of industrial development of characteristic towns,strengthen the cultural,tourism and commercial characteristics of characteristic towns,and break through them.The situation of convergence and homogeneity of cities and towns leads to the industrial development and spatial layout of Characteristic Towns in Xiongjia Town.
