City Economic Circle Under The Influence Of Small Towns Leading Industry Spatial Layout, Planning Research

How to correctly face the cross relationship of administrative subordination, explores the regional leading industry reasonable layout, make effective industry policy, rely on the economic connection parallel regional industrial cooperation, play a part in the cooperation of each area main body enthusiasm, improve the work efficiency, achieve a win-win situation, this is also the urgent requirement of regional sustainable development. The development of small towns is mainly reflected in its level of economic development and the promotion of regional economic competitiveness, the study of small town development, must make the accurate judgment on urban nature, in order to clear in the process of small town development advantage and inferior position, decide dominant industry, make the economy of small town can get rapidder development.This article through field reconnaissance, investigation Lu’an City Jin’an District towns in details, through the analysis of the urban dominant industry and functional structure characteristics, combined with the city economic circle of influence, to urban dominant industry and function structure are analyzed. Finally, from the perspective of regional integration, urban dominant industry and functional structure of the collaborative optimization integration, promote Jin’an District of small town economy grows continuously.The main research results include:1Jin’an District towns through data collection, analysis of the urban dominant industry types and development state. And from the perspective of spatial analysis of urban dominant industry spatial layout features, analysis of its structural characteristics and existing problems. Then in the city economic circle under the influence of the various towns, the basic functions are identified and analyzed, and the scale structure, urban hierarchy, functional structure characteristics were discussed, analysis of the existing problems.2in determining the urban dominant industry and functional structure based on the analysis of their current, coordination degree.
