The gear drive system is the key part of the high-speed EMU steering frame.Its technology is complex,and it has a higher demand for product safety,reliability and service life.The development of gear transmission system of high-speed EMU has high risk and complexity.In this paper,the quality and safety risk control of gear drive system of the CRH3high-speed EMU undertaken by QYS company is the research object.Using the theory of project quality safety risk management and the theory analysis method of RAMS system,it constructs and implements effective project product quality and safety risk prevention management measures,and it effectively controls the risk of quality safety during the whole process of design,manufacturing,testing,installation,commissioning and quality guarantee.It also guarantees the smooth running of the project and the high quality of the products.Through normative reliability modeling and forecasting,maintenance modeling and forecasting,availability analysis and calculation,it finds weak links in project products.And then,it take appropriate measures to improve the reliability,availability and maintainability of project products.This can meet user needs,meet the requirements of application,and ensure the safety of product application.Through security analysis,a risk assessment matrix is established for the characteristics of the gear transmission system in high-speed train.It carries out risk control work from risk identification,risk level assessment,risk mitigation measures and risk end,and it analyzes the main risks carrying out the fault tree analysis,evaluates risk control outcomes,and meets the safety requirements of the product requirements of the project.
