Based on the analysis and comparison of the railway safety risk management system in Europe,America and Japan,this paper analyzes and compares the specific situation of our country and combines the standards of various railway safety.After joint research,it has obtained the close relationship with China's national conditions,And the actual conclusion of the conclusion,on the basis of the conclusions given the views and suggestions.Then,based on the study of China's safety risk management framework,this paper draws out the results of the risk matrix and carries out the risk identification work.On this basis,the causal-consequence model is established,Derivation as the analysis of the accident,for its reasons to establish a fault tree,the results of the establishment of the event tree.In the drawing of the fault tree,the first collection of a certain number of fault reasons,for these reasons to be classified,and then the fault tree mapping.After drawing,this paper uses the auxiliary software Isograph to calculate the importance of the structure,combined with the specific circumstances to be analyzed,in the event tree,it is for the consequences of rendering.After the analysis of the causes of risk,this paper analyzes the risk control measures and gives the conclusions and suggestions for the safety risk management of high-speed railway operations in China.
