High speed EMU research in China began in the early 1990 s,after years of development efforts,as of the end of 2015 China has high-speed trains to1780,the total length of passenger volume reached 17000 km,took nearly 50%of the country,it has gradually become a vehicle for the people in production and life more and more indispensable.The bogie is the connection part between the body and the wheel of the high-speed train,which is an important part of the power system.The bogie as an independent power device,it has all the weight bearing body,under the vehicle and other forces in the direction of the vehicle,and guide the vehicle running on the line of action.The gear box is the key parts of high-speed EMU train steering frame in the driving system,prone to failure in the process of train operation,and can transfer to other components of train bogie,which belongs to a multiple fault.Once the gearbox failure,it will endanger the safety of high-speed rail trains,thereby endangering the safety of passengers' lives and property.Therefore,it is of great significance and function to analyze the fault of the gear box of high speed emu.The subject is based on the fault tree analysis method in reliability theory,in-depth analysis of high-speed EMU bogie gear box system operation and fault model based on fault tree is built for high speed trains gearbox system model,and then the quantitative calculation and qualitative analysis of fault tree of gear box.At the same time,by combining the fault tree analysis method and Monte Carlo simulation theory,using MATLAB software analysis Monte Carlo simulation test on the reliability of the gear box,the gear box test when the failure rules of events under the exponential distribution,the parts and the whole gear box system still obey the exponential distribution,at the same time,the importance of high-speed gear the box parts,find out the key components of high-speed gear box and the weak link.Finally,through the Visual C++6.0software platform designed a fault tree for the high-speed rail bogie gear box system analysis software,occurrence can be more convenient to get the fault of high-speed gear box by using this software,contribute to more targeted management of equipment,can effectively improve the efficiency of the use of equipment.The research results show that the high speed bogie for gear box test this research object is difficult,less samples,high cost,difficult to collect relevant data,using small sample analysis can get accurate results.In order to reduce the cost of the reliability test,the problem of the gear box system is fully reflected.You can also use the high speed bogie of gearbox fault tree analysis software reliability problems of gear box system is fast and easy to calculate,and the accuracy of the analytical results with the data accumulation andcontinuous improvement.The software can help the maintenance staff in the practical work can quickly and accurately find the fault location,reflects to study complex system fault tree reliability problem of the applicability and superiority of using computer software technology.
