With the development of the transport industry,many countries will take high-speed rail construction as the focus of the development of national transport industry.However,along with the input and application of high-speed rail lines in China,in the range of operation and development of high-speed rail,its safety,environmental,social risks and the losses caused by these risks are gradually emerging.Therefore,the effective control and budget for these risks,to ensure that the high-speed rail operation risks controlled within a reasonable range,strengthen the risk management,has become the problems,which China's high-speed rail construction and operation must face.However,as a fast-growing new industry,the domestic high-speed rail security risk management research system has not yet formed.In order to further fill this gap,the study of high-speed rail safety risk has been imperative.For China's high-speed rail operation safety risk system formation and development,the research way has a very important significance and role.From the overall construction of high-speed rail,the communication project as a key project in the construction of high-speed rail,it has played a role of central nervous system in the central high-speed rail project,its safety level directly determines the safety level of the entire high-speed rail project construction.Therefore,this paper takes the safety risk of high-speed rail communication engineering as the research object,uses the method of case study to research the communication engineering management in high-speed rail safety risk management as the research entry point,and deeply studies the safety risk in high-speed rail construction and uses the method of fault tree analysis to identify the main risk points in the management and operation of high-speed rail communication project by deeply exploring various factors influencing the communication project management and put forward specific measures to solve various influencing factors.The main contents of this paper are as follows: Firstly,the current research situation of safety risk management in high-speed rail communication engineering is reviewed,and the research background,significance,research content and research methods are put forward.Then,this paper analyzes the concept and composition of the applicable risk management according to the needs of the research,and introduces the basic methods of the current security risk management analysis.The paper analyzes the concept and composition of the risk management.This paper also analyzes the fault tree of the communication engineering from the selection of the top item event,the construction of the fault tree and the calculation of the probability.In the aspect of the calculation of the importance of the fuzzy cost,the paper analyzes the current situation of the safety risk management of the high-speed railway communication project and puts forward the corresponding solution.The importance of fuzzy probability and the probability of risk accident were selected,and the relevant research was carried out.Finally,this paper chooses Zhengzhou-Xuzhou high-speed railway communication project as an example,through the study of the project,pointed out that the need to build from the organizational structure,personnel training,strengthen the communication engineering equipment management and information construction and other aspects of improvement,and put forward the research direction for the research insufficiency.In conclusion,through the study of the risk management of Zhengzhou-Xuzhou high-speed railway project,it can make the construction of high-speed rail in China more accurately grasp the composition and dynamic changes of the risk factors of communication projects in high-speed railway,understanding the importance of key risk factors,targeted analysis,assessment and response.So as to improve the risk control level of China's high-speed rail project,and further enhance the competitiveness of China's high-speed rail in the international,better achieve the goal of our high-speed railway "going out".
