The Research And Application Of Improving The Availability Factor Of Communal Facilities

With the rapid growth of the urban population and the improvement of people's living standard,the travel probability and the number of travelers have been greatly improved.The following problems are congestion of public space and inadequate public facilities.The existing public facilities have made great progress and development.But at the same time,public facilities design is still not humanized,and the utilization rate is not high.The public washing table is an indispensable part of our daily travel.Public facilities are closely related to our daily life.There are many shortcomings in the existing public hand washing table,among which the most obvious is the contradiction between the user's demand and the configuration of the facilities.In the place where people have more traffic,people often need to spend more time in queuing because of the area of the public hand washing table and the number of faucets,which is a realistic problem to be studied and solved urgently.The experience and efficiency of public washing tables are of great significance for improving people's quality of life and promoting the better development of social and urban construction.The purpose of this study is to design a hand wash table which can improve the use rate.The hand wash table can meet the needs of people on the basis of the existing conditions and can accommodate more people at the same time,so as to improve the situation of the queuing and public space congestion in the public hand washing table.Alleviate the contradiction between the large demand of users and the lack of public facilities.In the course of the study,first of all,from the analysis of the problems of public facilities,the present situation of theoretical research and the three directions of the existing research cases at home and abroad,the problems of the pain point,the direction of innovation and the value of the research are put forward.Secondly,we use user analysis,environmental analysis,behavior analysis and product result analysis.Understand the relationship between users,products and environment,and summarize the design principles and key points to improve the efficiency of public washing tables.Finally,following the design principles and key points,the design of the washing table is carried out,and The function of the hand wash table is verified.Through the design of improving the utilization rate of the public washing table,we ease the queuing and congestion in the process of using,and provide users with good experience.
