| China is in the period of energy structure transformation,developing toward the energy of saving resource and protecting environment,Solar energy photovoltaic(PV)power generation is very important to the structure transformation.But our photovoltaic power generation industry faces the problems of the low level of quality,excess capacity and high dependence to foreign.especilly after suffering the anti-dumping and anti-subsidy duty investigation,most enterprises are lack of self-help ability,and even bankruptcy.So the study of PV industry development and the national support policy has important significance.First the paper introduces current situation of the development of photovoltaic industry in C hina,and points out that the PV industry development and industrial policy is relevant by using regression analysis method research.The second chapter introduces the PV development status and policy of the United States,Japan,Germany,compared and draw relatively mature policy lessons reference to international experience,points out that feed-in tariff,tax incentives,subsidies and credit support policy is feasible and referenced method.The third chapter uses SWOT analysis model,analyzes PV industry’s strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and challenges in our country’s,and points out analyzes the photovoltaic industry’s international competitiveness,known that we have stronger competitiveness in the world.The fourth chapter analyzes the future development trend,points out that distributed generation develops very quickly in power generation forms,polycrystalline silicon cells and thin film cells will develop rapidly in technology,distribution is more uniform in geographical space,and the the installed scale continues to expand.The fifth chapter thinks that expanding the domestic market and improving the skill level of PV industry is the focus of the policy guidance. |
