Mixed Domain Oscilloscope is a kind of new mixed instrument which was born in the premise of modern wireless technology wide application.It combines the oscilloscope,logic analyzer and spectrum analyzer,It also can analyse analog signals,digital signals and RF signals at the same time,Thus,complete system level observation can be obtained to help solve complex design problems quickly.This project is based on the Mixed Domain Oscilloscope with 4 analog channels,16 digital channels and 1 RF channel.The Oscilloscope use the structure of " Acquisition card + Industrial Personal Computer ",and the Industrial Personal Computer of the Windows system is the host computer of the system.Under the premise of building the basic framework of the mixed domain oscilloscope software system,this paper focuses on the design and implementation of the parameter calculation and the waveform display modules software.The specific research contents are as follows:(1)Design the man-machine interface of Mixed Domain Oscilloscope Based on MFC,On this basis,the design scheme of multichannel waveform display mode is proposed to solve the problem that the waveform overlaps each other.This scheme designs five display modes,Each mode corresponds to a different display windows.The waveform is displayed in different windows,which enhances the visibility of waveforms.(2)The realization of the parameter calculation of the mixed domain oscillograph,redesign the algorithm about the time domain parameter calculation method in the 3D waveform display and the peak search algorithm in the frequency domain.And by saving the historical meaurements into the queue,the statistical information can be provided within a period of time.Based on the 3D waveform database,the functions of vertical histogram and horizontal histogram are realized,which can be used to analyze the noise and jitter of the signal.(3)Realization of all kinds of waveform rendering in different display modes.In order to improve the ability of analyzing the occasional signals,adopt a method to realize the 3D waveform which use hardware to update the 3D waveform matrix and software responsible for waveform imaging processing.In order to reveal the information of the signal spectrum changing with time,realize the spectrum waterfall plot.Finally,the method of waveform drawing based on Direct3 D drawing engine is studied and realized,which improves the efficiency of the waveform refresh.Through the research of the above three aspects,complete the design of parameter calculation module and the waveform display module in Mixed Domain Oscilloscope.After testing and verifying,the parameter calculation module can get the result within a reasonable error range.The waveform display module has a good display effect in different modes,And each module runs steadily,and the function of the module has reached the target of the software design.
