At present, no matter the number or the long range for the country highway tunnel,we are high on the world’s highest.At the same time the tunnel lighting of high energy consumption had caused a huge economic burden to the tunnel operating units, some unreasonable tunnel lighting design planning, extensive management, not only cause the huge waste of energy, but also makes the tunnel traffic meet serious security hidden danger.Therefore, in the national energy conservation and emissions reduction, for the new period call, It’s necessary to explore a kind of lighting system and method that both can effectively realize the energy saving and ensure driving safety by improve the quality of tunnel lighting.Based on the analysis of the current used for tunnel lighting energy saving technology and control methods at home and abroad on the basis of the choice of the three main tunnel lighting energy saving technology is analyzed, and from the aspects of tunnel lighting energy saving energy and tunnel lighting control to energy-saving aspects has carried on the design and research respectively.First of all, this article embarks from the tunnel lighting energy saving lamps and lanterns choice, for the LED lamp and high pressure sodium lamp on the characteristic parameters and the construction of the tunnel lighting operation cost compare analysis respectively, and discusses the solar photovoltaic application prospect in the tunnel lighting energy supply, and analyzes the different tunnel lighting energy saving effects on energy saving effect, thus gradually draw out in this paper, design of tunnel lighting system adopted by the technology of energy conservation.Secondly, on the basis of tunnel lighting design requirements, and the analysis of fuzzy control theory, this paper studies the fuzzy control is applied to tunnel lighting energy saving control method, and then on the basis of the theory of designing the tunnel lighting master controller, used to receive the tunnel hole brightness, flow, speed and other data information,and through the control algorithm of processing, the output conforms to the actual demand of tunnel lighting dimming control command.Finally, the tunnel lighting energy saving control system were designed three kinds of controller, in which automatic tracking controller is used to control the solar photovoltaic pv BanShi tracking solar power generation, to provide clean energy for tunnel lighting system,achieve energy saving on lighting power.DALI, dimming controller receives the main controller instructions that move light, make countermeasures that move light, LED dimming controller receives DALI controller instructions, drive leds, perform dynamic infinite dimming command, from the lighting control can achieve energy saving.
